Upon first glance property appeared to be clean, however after getting to my room and inspecting the sheets and pillows, it was full of bed bugs. They switched me to another room and since it was so late at night I did not leave but I was unable to sleep because I was worried “what if this room has them too” I www eager to check out the next morning

Clean, comfortable, only one check in issue
We stayed for a baseball tournament for the weekend. The only complaint I had was that when the front desk clerk was checking the couple in front of me in, he made them wait mid check in for him to answer a call and reserve a room for another customer. They seemed annoyed and rightfully so as there were several of us in line waiting.

Dirty room for a comfort Inn in Opelika AL
Door was broken & wouldn’t close right.. you had to lift it & push it. Mold all around the shower. The light bulbs were so dusty that we wouldn’t turn lights on because we know it can cause a fire. The bath towel had a big hole in it. The base boards in bathroom are dirty. The room was unfit for rental. The breakfast Eggs were all dried out.
