Peace and tranquility.
The Villa Maria is amazing, we had a thoroughly relaxing time. The pool was very well used by us all but especially my 2 children, the Villa has everything you need for a stress free holiday. You definitely need a car as it is so remote but in our opinion this added to the charm. The owners Valmi and Andreja were fantastic throughout. I would highly recommend the Villa Maria, my youngest is 9 and she loved it. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Valmi and Andreja.

Wunderschöne Villa mit allem Komfort
Sehr schöne Villa. Zum Abschalten genau das Richtige. Die Sauberkeit war tadellos und es wurde an alle Kleinigkeiten wie Toilettenpapier, Gewürze, Aschenbecher, Handtücher und Co. gedacht. Der Pool ist eine Augenweide und absolut sauber. Aufgrund der schlechten Wetterlage haben wir unseren Urlaub vorzeitig beendet. Wir würden aber sehr gerne wiederkommen und alle Vorzüge der Villa und der Umgebung genießen. Die Besitzer sind sehr hundefreundlich. Wir reißten mit unserem Schäferhund und unserem großen Mischling an. Gelände ist eingezäunt. Das ist auch sehr gut, da es viele Katzen in der Umgebung gibt. Auch die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lediglich ein Nachbar ließ uns stirnrunzelnd und etwas traurig zurück, da sein Hund durchweg in einer Box gehalten wird und dort vor sich hinbellt. Das trübte unsere Stimmung etwas.

Perfektes Erholungsgebiet
Das Haus ist sehr schön, voll von Details. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und abseits von allem. Als wir ankamen, hatten die Eigentümer alles, was wir brauchten, auf Lager: Öl, Holzkohle, Seife, Waschmittel, Gewürze, Reinigungsmittel usw. sowie lokalen Wein, Wasser und Milch im Kühlschrank. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet! Wir gingen für 2 Wochen, und an der Wende der Woche kamen sie zu reinigen den Pool und bieten einen Wechsel der Handtücher. Neben der Änderung eines Gas Ball. Das Haus behauptet, für 6 Personen zu sein, aber die Wahrheit ist, dass ich denke, dass es ideal für 4 Personen ist, da das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer steht. Im Sommer ist das kein Problem, weil man einfach draußen ist. Aber darauf müssen wir vorbereitet sein. Es gibt viele Mücken und Wespen, aber die Besitzer ließen uns mit vielen Produkten vorbereitet, um sie zu verscheuchen. Schließlich muss ich sagen, dass die Sauberkeit in jeder Ecke des Hauses war ausgezeichnet!

First visit to Croatia
During our first visit to Croatia we had the privilege to stay in the beautiful Villa Maria. The villa has a lot of characteristic features with all the commodities of a modern villa. The host responds very quick to questions and is very kind. The pool is amazing as well as the views. It is the perfect place for relaxing.

Beautiful Istrian Villa with nice pool and super friendly hosts
If you want to spend your holiday in a beautiful villa with pool but minimum trouble around you - this is the place to go to! We spent about a week in Villa Maria in June 2023. We travelled there as a couple and brought our two dogs with us. It was a wonderful week in Istria, we loved the Villa and especially the pool and we appreciated the location, which was even calmer than we expected it to be. The hosts were very friendly and helped us with any question we had - no matter the time of the day. Moreover, it was very easy to discover Istria when staying at this location. There are several stunning beaches that can be reached in less than 40 minutes and trips to Slovenian beaches are also possible in less than one hour. All in all we enjoyed our holiday in Villa Maria and if we had the opportunity, we would stay here again at any time. The only thing one should respect: this place is quite remote and you need to drive for a while (15 minutes minimum) when you need groceries etc. from a shop. But that was exactly what we were looking for to es ape the everyday life :-)

Sehr schönes Haus, in sehr ruhiger Lage. Alles gepflegt und auch mit Hund alles gut machbar. In der Gegend ( 1,5km ) gibt es zwei schöne lokale Restaurants mit tollen Ausblick und solider einheimischer Küche.

Tolle Zeit in ruhiger, schöner Natur mit tollem Haus.
Hallo, wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Maria sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief super, freundlich und zuverlässig. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist sogar an soviele Kleinigkeiten (Kerzen, Mückenspray, ...) gedacht worden, so haben wir immer alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigt haben - echt super ! Wie viele schon beschrieben haben, muss man wissen, dass das Haus wirklich abseits liegt, also in der Früh mal schnell Brötchen holen geht nicht. Dafür bekommt man Natur pur, schöne Ausblicke, Ruhe und nette, bodenständige Gastronomie auf den Bauernhöfen in der Nähe. Ans Meer ist es mit dem Auto ca. 1 Stunde. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern, Mountainbiking und schönen Spaziergängen mit dem Hund ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

Mooi vakantie villa op een rustige locatie.
De villa is heeft alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Op de warme dagen is het terras en het zwembad erg fijn. De villa ligt op een rustige locatie. Je kunt zo vanuit de villa wandelen in de natuur. Er zijn een aantal hele goede agriturismo's in de buurt om te eten (5mn rijden) een grote supermarkt is iets verder weg +/-25mn in Buzet. Wij hebben er genoten van de rust.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Maria war traumhaft, wir haben ein blitzsauberes, äußerst charmantisches Häuschen mit allem Komfort vorgefunden: sehr gepflegte Anlage mit herrlichem Pool, Klimaanlage, Geschirrspüler, sogar Mückenstecker standen zur Verfügung. Herzliche Gastgeber, zuvorkommend, absolut hilfsbereit.Tatsächlich liegt die Villa Maria weit ab, herrlich einsam in den istrischen Hügeln, wunderschöne Landschaft, Ruhe und Erholung pur. Dennoch super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ans Meer und zu anderen Hotspots, und das Fahren in die nächsten grösseren Ortschaften wird mit ein wenig Übung zum Vergnügen eigener Art. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Wer einfach abschalten möchte, der ist hier richtig. Das typische Steinhaus hat ein besonderes Flair - sehr schön renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Man kann abwechselnd am Pool liegen oder direkt ab dem Haus in wunderschöner Natur unterwegs sein. Die Zufahrt ab dem Tal (Buzet/Motovon) dauert jeweils ca. 20 Min. - das muss man wissen. Zu beachten ist, dass im DG zwei Schlafzimmer sind und die weitere Schlafgelegenheit (Sofa) sich im Wohnzimmer befindet - das kommt in der Annonce nicht so ganz klar zum Ausdruck. Ankunft/Abreise verliefen völlig reibungslos.

Super Haus in phantastischer, ruhiger Lage
Toller Service durch die Vermieter, Haus und Pool top gepflegt, phantastische und einmalige Sicht ins Tal, sehr ruhig, ideal zum Relaxen, nichts stört, viele Ausflugsziele möglich: Wandern, Strand, Besichtigungen (meist je rund eine Stunde hin+rück), familiengeeignet, … wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Sehr schönes Haus
Das Haus ist wunderschön und voll ausgestattet. Geräte und Zubehör, z.B. Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Öl und Gewürze alles vorhanden. Außen gibt es einige Vespen, aber auch hier sind Abwehrmittel wie z.B. Sprialen zum Anzünden vorhanden. Diese wirken super und halten die lästigen Biester fern. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und die Kommunikation lief super. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genoßen. Mit unseren zwei Hunden konnten wie direkt ab dem Haus los laufen. Ausflüge mit dem Auto sind ebenfalls super gewesen. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer kleinen Ortscahft. Sehr abgelegen auf einem Berg. Das muss jeden klar sein. Der Weg dorthin geht da 15 Min über zum Teil steile Serpentinen oder unebenen Straßen. Wenn man die geschafft hat kann man aber ganz Istrien erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Sabine K.

mooie verzorgde villa in Istrië
De woning in Zrenj is netjes en voorzien van alle comfort. Ze biedt een leuke uitvalsbasis om Istrië te verkennen. Het is gelegen op een heuvelrug en vanuit de slaapkamers krijg je een prachtig uitzicht over de omgeving. Het zwembad is een absolute meerwaarde ! Je kan hier heerlijk relaxen en genieten van de rust en de natuur. De verhuurders zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minpuntje: Het huis ligt wel afgelegen. De dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt ligt op ongeveer 10 km .
