First night of checking in, my room was not clean. They switched my room but unfortunately it was a downgrade. I had to wait for the next day to speak with a manager but thankfully he upgraded me. After that, my experience was much better. Still waiting for my 1 night- to be refunded as I paid for a king bed w/jetted tub and I had to sleep in a room with double beds.

I stay at this location regularly when I visit Nashville. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is good for a hotel breakfast. The surrounding area has several food options as well as some decent nightlife that offers quality entertainment while avoiding the hustle and bustle of Broadway.

Good place to stay
Nice clean hotel. Nice size room, like that there was mini fridge and small microwave. Beds a little firm but not bad. Slept ok. Breakfast had several options, good for a hotel breakfast. Great price for what you get. Close to Grand Ole Opry. Would stay here again!

Great hotel. Far from the hustle and bustle of Honky Tonk Highway ( Uber $22). It is not far from opryland resort. It may be walkable for some. Not for me . It is up the hill ( walkable) from several music venues each having a couple of bands a day. My only complaint would be “the bed” it was tilted. Other than that I would stay again. I must mention that the woman who maintained the breakfast buffet was absolutely fabulous. She managed to be extremely friendly even when she was busy. She made sure everyone was taken care of. Any business would be fortunate to have her!

The hotel staff was pleasant. The hotel is in a good location, near the Opryland Hotel. The room was not clean. The sheets had black dirt on then and one of the two mattress had a very large and visible stain on it. The hotel common areas seem clean, but have a very musty smell. The hotel room condition was enough for us not to stay the night; we left.
