Family Get Together

I usually stay at Gulf State campgrounds. Didn't want to haul my trailer so I opted for the unit close to it. I'm not a beach person, however this unit was first floor with a great side view to the gulf. Unit had beach chairs and toys on balacony.The unit served our needs perfectly. The only downsides (not blaming owners), their cleaning staff isn't very efficient. One of the 2 elevators-out ofservice numerious times(glad we were on 1st floor), fire alarm test that no one told us about, and water was shut off for a massive valve replacement . Owner did advise two days prior-however instead of maintenance being performed on Monday, it was shut off all day Tuesday. As stated, didn't spend a lot of time in unit.

Spring Break 2025

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It is a very short walk to the gulf. The weather cooperated and it was a great trip. The condo was close to the pool and easy to get to local places. Great vacation!

Girls weekend!

A group of 5 girlfriends stayed here. The condo is as pictured. The parking was good. The elevator was slow- but 100% better than stairs! Easy access to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds, and bedding were comfortable. Nice and clean! We knew it was not a beachfront view, however the deck with a side view was great. Pricing on this condo is excellent value for the money.

Cannot beat the location!

Overall, the place was great! The location was really incredible. We were a 3 minute walk from the door of the condo to having our feet in the ocean. We were only 3 miles, max, from anything we wanted to do or needed in Orange Beach and we were only 8 minutes from Gulf Shores. The actual condo itself was just ok but the beds were comfortable and we didn't spend any time in the room aside of sleeping and getting dressed because the beach was so easily accessible. The building the condo is in did not smell very good and the two elevators were out of service several times in the 4 days we were there. Luckily, the room is on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy when you were just running in and out. Obviously, more challenging when your getting your luggage in and out. The indoor/outdoor pool was nice to have because we were able to retreat in there during patches of rain! We had one issue upon arrival and contacted the host. He sent someone over almost immediately to rectify the situation and all was well! If you are with a laid back group, I would say this is a good choice and great price comparatively! If you are with someone who is a little fussy or harder to please then you might need something else.
