1005 at Phoenix East is an excellent unit. The condo has all of the touches that makes it feel like home. My cousin and I had a great “girls weekend” together. We didn’t want to leave on Monday.

This condo is everything as described and more! The balcony has a panoramic view from east to west. The owner offered complimentary snacks and coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything worked properly, and the owner answered any emails through VRBO promptly. Would stay here again without question!

We booked this condo on very short notice, and the host was gracious enough to accommodate us. Check in was the easiest I’ve ever experienced prime location on the beach. The place was stocked. Plenty of towels, which was very nice! Lots of communication with the host, who is a sweetheart! Highly recommend this one!

Kim was great, communication was excellent, property was exactly as listed. We are people who value having a full kitchen to cook our own meals, there was plenty of kitchen utensils like pots pans, cooking sheets and plenty of spices to use. There is also a full w/d, with beach towels which came in handy when I forgot mine at home. It was perfect. the beachfront is gorgeous with a table and chairs to lounge. I have never felt more comfortable in a rental!

Truly enjoyed our stay and the condo was excellent. Kim was such a fantastic host and was always available. We did enjoy the area and took day trips to Mobile and Pensacola. Seeing the Blue Angels practice was awesome. We are planning a return trip next March and will be staying in this same condo again.
