Staff - excellent. Rooms - FANTASTIC. Wish breakfast went a little longer than 9 am. Stayed in room 501 which faces partially the water but mostly the building next door. VERY comfy beds and extremely clean. Not gonna lie - very, very impressed.

The beds were awful. The pillows went so flat no matter how many you used. The floors aren’t very clean and the washer was broken. Our backs still hurt honestly.

Quick trip to the beach on our way to visit a friend. Hotel was perfect location to the Wharf for dining and shopping with only a few minutes to the beach. The grands loved the pool when we weren’t at the beach.

We booked a balcony and when we get there the place is over booked. We asked to have the room we booked they told us our room was given to a rewards member…. How did they know that we were not also members. I use to work at the reniassance. I have a membership. And reward points don’t help me because I barely have time off !!!! And it doesn’t help that the front desk laughed at us and our failed attempt to save our vacation

It's just a quick walk to The Wharf! Our bay view room with a balcony was a nice size. We liked that the bath/shower room was separate from the toilet room. Friendly staff, nice pool area and good breakfast.

Our bed sheets were dirty. It had a big red spot looked like blood, I told the front desk about it and they told me to come down to get new sheets so I could change but I don’t think that’s right
