Overall satisfied.
Overall, it was very good. There were two things I could comment on. I suspect whoever was in the room before me was not happy with the room or perhaps life. I saw coffee grounds where you put the water fill in the pot. Stupid. The sink backed up and I suspect whoever must have dumped the coffee grounds down the sink. This is not the fault of the hotel. The breakfast that is offered is OK. I would have preferred a more substantial breakfast, ie eggs and toast. The room and bathroom were clean. At this price point - in comparison, everything was more than satisfying.

Don’t expect too much quailty, the rooms needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom was dirty and terrible looking but the service was quick.

When I arrived it was around 11am after being booked 2 weeks before, I was told I couldn’t get into my room until 3pm I found this to be very inconvenient

Our stay was terrible and will never go there again. There are homeless people haning around on the staircases. Heavy smell of weed coming from rooms. Room for 4 people had 4 towels. Coffee maker starts on its own and you could scalded. Worse place i ever stayed at!!!!

I would stay again
Staff was friendly, service good. The breakfast needs a lot of work. The room I was in, the bathroom needed to have door hinges and TP dispensers replaced (both were rusty. Still functioned but unsightly. ) Overall I think I would stay there again if I need a place to stay in Orange City FL
