Great stay just would have liked check in better...charged deposit which is fine but called next day to pay aheaad in full for 6 nights..so i did but they onybcharged me half then called me again next day...and asked why i didn't pay in full i explained thsts what she asked me to pay. A bit annoying

Overall a decent stay
The hotel was clean,breakfast was okay. Staff was friendly & helpful.Shower was made for shorter people not anyone 5’9 or taller. TV quality was poor,reception kept breaking up. Have stayed at Ayres hotels previously but this was our first experience at this one.

I stayed here while visiting my son in college. Nice room, I would skip the breakfast. The coffee was terrible one one day, which means someone doesn't know hot to make it or they don't clean their machine. Luckily there is a Starbucks around the corner. Easy location and worth staying again, I only wish their coffee wasn't so terrible.

Recently stayed there for a one night Disneyland trip with the family. This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was not only a good deal but it was clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the hot tub. Great experience overall!

Hotel was great cleaning is good, great staff, great entrance to walk in. There’s a bad side is that there should be a map where you can get to the pool, restaurant, bar, vending machines and gym but doesn’t affect my experience here just was lost looking for everything. Thats why you have staff right and they were great and helpful which was the big thing i liked.

Loved this place, Wendy’s right across an outlet mall less than 3 minutes away and Disney is a 10 minute drive super convenient location. Staff is excellent, they are helpful and so nice. Breakfast was good here too.
