Positioned in the trendy East Orange Precinct and just moments away from the lovely Orange CBD.
Bills Beans Cafe is just a short stroll down the block for your morning coffee.
Parrot Gin Distillery is a 10 minute walk from the home and is a great spot for gin tasting and woodfired pizzas!
The Orange Train Station is also nearby, a 3 minute drive.

Within 3 blocks you'll be strolling through Orange's CBD where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, boutique shopping, bars and parks,

Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Getting Around:
The best way to explore the centre of town is on foot, walking the tree lined streets to town is a sensational way to appreciate the different seasons, Autumn & Spring are spectacular! Also taking in the beautiful heritage homes along the way.
Taxis are also readily available in Orange.

Poor value for money 'ntrance patio dirty with smeared cement render all over the floor Internet did not work No clothes storage facility in second bedroom Inadequate heating Overall impression scruffy and dingy. Property manager moved us to a much better property that worthy of the rate we were paying
