The home has two split systems, one in the loungeroom and one in the dining room. There is a wood fireplace in the living room. There are panel heaters in all 4 bedrooms and underfloor heating in the bathrooms and kitchen/dining areas.

Parking:
Guests are welcome to park in the carport and driveway where this is ample space for many vehicles.

Linen:
High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.

The home is well equipped with a Nespresso Coffee Machine, coffee pods, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.

Despite its peaceful atmosphere, Wyelba is far from remote. The nearby city of Orange offers a range of amenities, including quaint cafes, country pubs, and boutique shops, ensuring that you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

For outdoor enthusiasts, Orange and the Borenore area is a paradise waiting to be explored. Spend your days fishing in the crystal-clear waters of the nearby lakes and rivers, bushwalking through the scenic countryside, or simply picnicking in one of the many picturesque parks.

Some of our best cellar doors and vineyards are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Other Things to Note:
- Fireplace and Firepit - Please be aware when booking that Book Regional does not supply wood for the outdoor firepit and the indoor fireplace (there are many other means of heating in the home so you can heat the house in other ways if you choose not to light it). Guests must bring their own wood and kindling which can be purchased at a local service station or Bunnings prior to their arrival at the home. Guests are also responsible for bringing firelighters/starters.

- The firepit is not for use in the Summer months due to fire bans and restrictions.
