My stay could of been better. The TV did not work and couldn't be fixed because I arrived late at night. At check-in I asked for late check out at 12pm but staff member came into the room without knocking at around 11:15am. Another staff came back asking when we were leaving before it was 12pm. Coming into a room without knocking is unacceptable. Toilet seemed clogged as well. Dont think I would recommend or stay at this Inn again.

Prior to check in I was told there would be a security deposit which was not included in the booking information on Expedia. Upon arriving and checking in, I had to wait at the desk for someone to come and when he finally did, I indicated that I had a hearing disability. The front desk person ignored that and did business as if he never heard me say that. I had to second guess everything he said. Several minutes to get checked in, one card did not work on the door and was put in a recycled holder with a different room number. When entering the room, there were multiple stains on the carpeting and peeling wallpaper. The door did not close securely and had a gap along the edge which I could see the hallway. None of the lights were plugged in. Toliet had very weak flushing power. No soaps or shampoo for the room. Luckily I had my own from other hotel stays. Towel I grabbed first had a questionable brown stain on it so I grabbed a second one and that was frayed along one edge. I needed a place to stay for a quick sleep before moving on. Would never stay at this place again nor bring family there.

We arrived at this inn after dark. We enteted our room to find two LARGE red stains...one by the door and one between the beds. When we sat down our luggage and pulled our shoes off, we realized the carpet was soaking wet. The bathroom was clean but we had two towels and one blue and white beach towel ti use for 4 pepple. I went ti the front desk and received one additional towel, but was told they were out of wash clothes fir the day. The phone did not work our room, as we needed to let someone know that our neighbors were opening and slamming their door over and over at 2 am. We did not sleep all night. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The room was dirty stained carpets peeling wall paper. The hotel seems nice walking in but the rooms are filthy and out dated. The bed frames are also too small for the mattresses and box springs so we learned the hard way that the bed flips when you sit on the edge. Our friends who also rented a room had a broken lock on their door and an adult diaper on the floor when they walked in. Another family was given a room that was already occupied, when the poor woman informed the front desk she just gave her the managers hours and giggled. This place is a complete mess. There are plenty of other hotels that are equally reasonable but cleaner. First and last time we stay here.

At check in 2 ppl haf moved to 2 different rooms because the place was not clean so they ask for a refund. That' was on my way in. Then upin check out i asked for a receipt i was refused. I asked her to please check me out she refused. This was thr most rudest front desk girl i ever met! I will never go there again!!
