I stayed at this property on October 22, 2024. I was with my wife and my 11 pound Emotional Therapy Support Dog (I've recently been diagnosed with PTSD). I was charged an additional $150.00 besides the $155.00 that I was charged for the room for my Support Dog because it apparently didn't meet management's criteria for a Therapy Support Animal. My room had bugs in the bathroom and silverfish in the bath tub. The floor was dirty and apparently hadn't been cleaned for a while. There was a used tea bag left on the coffee maker. All of this at a cost of over $300.00 for 1 night.

Everything was very clean, and I am the person that pulls the fitted sheet back and checks the mattress. We could tell the carpet was new, I would defi itely stay there again if I were in the area.

Smoke on the water
Check-in was simple. But as soon as we got the the room the pungent overwhelming smell of cigaret smoke filled your nostrils. The front desk took care of it by basically spraying odor ban on the floor and in the AC unit. This did clear up the smell but that was all they offered. The bedding did not smell but I got zero explanation on why the floor did if they’re is a zero tolerance for smoking in a room. Next was the shower head. Water sprayed out from the joints everywhere but with a little bit of maneuvering I was able to make it manageable. The floor was covered in water. All I wanted to do was sleep so I wasn’t going to mess with anything else after that. I would not go back and I would not spend that much for a 2 star pretending to be a 4 star.

We checked in at 11:15 pm, walked in the room and it was uncomfortably hot, turned on the AC, called the front desk and was advised it would cool down. It DID NOT! It was the most uncomfortable sleep at a hotel I have had in years. Hotel could do nothing about it since we booked with hotels.com Very disappointed!!!!!
