The cleaning ladies got my son‘s Blankey that he’s had ever since he was a baby confused with one of their blankets and took it and it took three days to sort through all of all the Hotel’s blankets they refuse to do it I had to go out of my way and do it, and I wasted an entire day sorting through all of those blankets didn’t even give us somewhat of a discount. We’re just saying sorry and that was that it was pretty sad. This place has a lot of potential, but they need to learn how to be a little bit more compassionate and empathetic.

The ambience was amazing the ease of accessibility is top tier. Some of the kindest staff attended to us. Note worthy are Betty at Aquarius for breakfast and the sweetest lady ever was Mercia. Just a warm patient kind lady. Made my stay that much more enjoyable and memorable
