Maison Madeleine, full foot house with park terrace of 9000 m²

This house is the former ballroom of the village, it is located at the entrance of the village, is bright and quiet near a wood.
We have completely renovated in 2013 with great care, thinking of the comfort of our guests. The bathroom has a large shower hamam.
The adjoining terrace overlooks the garden.
Another cottage (ref. Homelidays 6340438) is close to the park (large enough for EVERY tenants retain their tranquility). It is possible to rent the 2 homes for family gatherings or parties with friends.

An ideal stopover
We had such a lovely stay in this beautiful property on our way back from the Alps. The setting is very peaceful and the house was perfect for our young family. The children loved their triple bunk beds and there were toys they could play with both inside and out. The house is fully stocked with everything you might need. We were met on arrival by the host who was very welcoming. We will definitely be returning to this property but next time for a longer stay.

Great for a one night stop
Everything is perfect, good communication, only issue was that there are no windows to open and so the place was very damp and and a bit like sleeping in a sauna.

Beautiful house in Champagne
Fantastic stay in Orbais-l’Abbaye, the house is set in a beautiful forest setting with lots of space to enjoy and less than 30mins to Epernay. Well equipped and spotlessly clean - perfect for our family getaway. Hubert and his wife were very welcoming and even thought about provisions for the kids. This will be our go-to location for any future trips to Champagne.

Brilliant property
This is possibly one of the prettiest properties we've stayed at. Set within a gorgeous, sprawling former mill site, this villa is superbly presented and fitted out by the owners. There are beautiful walks along flowing water but be warned you will be hard pressed to get about without some form of transport. The local village is very sleepy and often closed but this is a small price to pay for such an outstanding property.

Our stay for a week at Maison Madeleine was very nice. The owners were responsive and helpful, the accommodations are attractive and well supplied. Belle petite maison avec un grand terrain pour jouer ou s'asseoir au soleil, avec un accueil chaleureux. Il ne manquait rien et je recommande pour un séjour au grand air près de Paris, et des caves de champagne.

Mooi domein!
Super tof domein. De eigenaren wonen ter plekke. Dit is een meerwaarde en stoort zeker niet. Aangename mensen. Er zijn twee vakantie woningen in een mooie tuin. Heel kindvriendelijk, zowel de tuin met speeltuigen en trampoline als binnen. Alle comfort aanwezig. Eerlijke prijs voor de kwaliteit.

MIEUX QUE LES PHOTOS
Malgré notre arrivée tardive, l'accueil d'Eliane et Huber a été des plus chaleureux, avec beaucoup de convivialité. Leurs conseils nous ont permis de découvrir la région, de déguster un champagne d'exception et de déguster un excellent déjeuner dans un restaurant au pied de l'abbaye. La maison a un charme fou, décoré avec goût, propre et avec tout le confort. Le parc est magnifique, avec plusieurs espaces de jeux ou relaxation, un espace pour l'apéritif et de repas à 8 sous la tonnelle. nous avons cueilli des fraises des bois pour une pavlova. Nous avons passé un weekend magique à 6 adultes et deux enfants!!!!!

Très bon séjour!
La propriété était bien adaptée pour 2 familles avec 5 enfants. La chambre avec lit superposés a été très appréciée des enfants. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le jardin est magnifique, sûrement très appréciable en été ! Proximité des caves d Epernay et des petits producteurs locaux! On est tous ravis!
