Very noisy until late (23.30)- not good for kids.
Nice views. Friendly staff. Not much food selection but biggest gripe is the noise from the DJ/entertainer which went on until 23.30. Not many recliners around the pool.

We arrived on Good Friday. Very few other guests. We were led to a room on the top floor. The room was rather dark and the refrigerator did not work. We sat for dinner, but the Risotto del mara was awful! It was way too salty. The review said there was wifi, but for the most part it did not work. Very disappointed.

Cheap enough for one night....
Needed a cheap hotel by the coast for one night, if I had booked longer, I would have been very disappointed. Looks nothing like pictures. Rooms are very clean though. This is at most 2 star property, lots of package tourism...Restaurant not worth going too. Breakfast pretty cheap.

Ideal as a base to explore or for Italian families
Very family orientated with overwhelmingly Italian clientele, mostly families. Fine for a base to explore the area. Food of reasonable standard. Room spacious; fairly basic feel. Quite loud pop music in the afternoon and evening in the pool/bar area which wasn't conducive to reading by the pool or enjoying a quiet evening drink. We were a family of parents and 12-year old girl.

Nice hotel - Friendly Staff
The hotel was clean with great amenities for Italy. We just stayed one night but would definately come back. The staff was very friendly in the hotel and restaurant.

Value for money
Overall this is not a bad hotel/apartment complex. The rooms are clean if slightly tired and the pool is area is well maintained and comfortable and there are regular bus runs down to the nearby sandy beach. The hotel is located a few miles from the nearest town so a car is essential. The nearby 'island' of Argentario is well worth a visit with great eating and sights. Siena and lower Tuscany is an easy drive. This area is mainly used by Italian and German tourists so dont expect any Brit Pubs. One criticism of the hotel is that the restaurant is poor. The breakfast was just OK and there was no lunch available. So dont book half board.

Bella struttura, in mezzo al verde e con una bellissima vista sul mare. Un villaggio adatto alle famiglie e anche agli animali, qui accolti volentieri. Al check out ci hanno anche rilasciato una borsetta con gadgets per il nostro cane. Ha una bella piscina e campi sportivi per chi vuole giocare a basket e a tennis e un tavolo da ping pong. Noi siamo stati 3 giorni e la posizione del villaggio è buona per andare andare a visitare i posti nei dintorni. Il mare purtroppo si raggiunge solo in macchina ma dista 5 minuti: La navetta dal villaggio è stata sospesa causa covid. La colazione è accettabile. Ci tornerei

Un villaggi molto carino bene organizzato.... Stanza molto grande spaziosa.... letto abbastanza comodo grande.... Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti..... Unica cosa un po da dire...ma non era grave.....almeno non per noi perché io poi mangio per colazione poco ...che siamo arrivati a colazione 9.20 e tante cose erano finite e non rimesse.....ci sono arrivate persone 9.40 e non c erano piu neanche cornetti..... Colazione è disponibile fino alle ore 10 e non trovo giusto scendere alle 8 per poter fare colazione per trovare un cornetto....ma ripeto per il resto struttura fantastica.... Personale professionale e serio..... Consigliò assolutamente e ci tornerei di sicuro.....

Ho trascorso 5 giorni in questo hotel con la mia famiglia ( 2 figli eta' 19 e 16 ) Villaggio confortevole .Unica pecca la distanza dal mare.Impossibile raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia in quanto si deve attraversare l' aurelia e percorrere qualche km.Disponibile navetta ma ad orari limitati. Non adatto a ragazzi non in possesso di auto in quanto a breve distanza non ci sono locali adatti a loro.
