Villa is over 100 years' old house, it was built in 1912th year in artistic style „jugendstile“. The first founders were successful winemakers. Their wines and sparkling wines were favored at the ships of The Austro-Hungarian Navy in that period. This villa provides a breathtaking view of the sea and islands on the south and opposite a dramatic view of the Mount St. Elijah on the north. Courtyard surrounded by a high stone wall provides the necessary privacy and protection of views in order to enjoy the outdoor terraces.
If you want to swim should just get out of the yard and you are already on the nearby beach, or walk to the nearby small docks or you will take a swim in the private swimming pool in the front yard.

Villa was completely renovated 2014th year with special attention to the preservation of its historical authenticity in the exterior and interior.
Villa of usable area of 240 m2 is ideal for 9 people. It consists of three floors. The ground floor has an entrance foyer, living room and spacious dining room for ten persons, all oriented to the south or to the sea. Fully equipped kitchen is oriented to the north. All rooms are interrelated and all have direct access to the exterior surfaces. Impressive vaulted bathroom is located in a former store water. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.
From the entrance hall on the ground floor the stone staircase lead to the first floor.
The first floor is intended for sleeping and resting in a Mediterranean ambience. In the center, there is a small and pleasant lounge that exits to a balcony decorated with stylish fence . The balcony offers a view of the perfectly blue sea and garden with palm trees and bougainvillea. On this floor, there are four bedrooms. Two bedrooms have large double beds, one room has two single beds, and the fourth room is single bedroom. All bedrooms have two windows that offer a view of the sea and partly on the mountain St. Elijah. During summer nights the flow of fresh air from the nearby mountain naturally cools the rooms upstairs, there is also air conditioning in all bedrooms. There is a shared bathroom that one enters from a small lounge area.
From the foyer on the first floor the wooden stairs leads to the attic. The attic is organized as an open space with double bed, space to relax, read and work. Children are very fond of this space.
