This self-catering apartment is situated above the owner's property and is completely self contained with its own private access. You are completely private and the use of the pool and garden area is for your use only. The pool can only be seen from your terrace and is very secluded. You'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television with freesat, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, and free internet access.
Spanish TV stations also available. This place has amazing panoramic views over the valley.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
In the first bedroom, you will find a King size bed.
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds.
Travel cot or put-u-up bed also available.

There is 1 bathroom with a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

10m x 5m private swimming pool which is totally secluded. This is not a shared pool.

There a a games room with a full size pool table and Football table.

Car hire available £100 per week £20 per day.
Nothing special but is cheap and in good condition. Ford Fiesta automatic with right hand drive, air conditioning and PAS. Pick up and drop off from Almeria, Murcia and Granada at extra cost.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is allowed in outside areas only.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
