Light, bright and extremely welcoming 2 bedroomed apartment. Ground floor with large terrace to relax and light up the Barbi.
Fully modernized with new kitchen and bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, drinks fridge etc. Full internet and TV package available in most languages. Air conditioning and heating installed.
Ten minute’s walk to the renowned blue flag beach at la Zenia. Also, ten minutes in the other direction is the famous 'La Zenia' shopping centre which features 130 shops and a extensive array of restaurants of varying nationalities and prices. The shopping centre also features nightly entertainment for the whole family. The apartment is close to the famous Paddy's Point Irish bar and many local restaurants and entertainment venues.
Fabulously friendly swimming pool and central barbeque area for the whole family to enjoy with plenty of park land for walking a small dog. Perfect venue for a family looking for a beach holiday or a group of friends after sunshine and entertainment.

Excellent Apartment in a great Location
We had a great time staying in this apartment it had everything we needed. Car was not needed as beach supermarkets and shopping Boulevard are all within walking distance. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful and the water wine milk which was in the fridge on our late arrival was much appreciated 😊 Thank you Jim and Jill for everything we hope to be back.

Many thanks for all your help from start to finish. Lovely location, everything thing that we needed was in the apartment, very short walk to supermarket and bars . 10 minute walk to the beach and also 10 minutes walk to the large shopping centre. Shame about the windy days but still plenty of sun . Pity the apartment wasnt south facing so we could have benefited more on the nicer days . Would definitely stay again later on in the year next time

Its an amazing apartment.
We've had a great stay at Jill's place. Jill is absolute great host and welcoming ensuring we are comfortable and got everything we needed. Good communication before arriving and during our stay. I can't fault the place, it's very convenient to all local amenities and only 10 mins walk to the beach and to the shopping centre.I will definitely stay here again and highly recommended.

Home from home
Our second stay in this apartment and already booked for 2024. The apartment itself if modern, clean and well stocked with everything you might need for your holiday. Our lovely hosts Jill and James even left us some breakfast and milk etc as we had a late flight on arrival. The apartment is close to all the great amenities of the area, including the beach (15 mins walk along a lovely palm-lined road), Zenia Boulevard approx 15 min walk, and three great supermarkets all within easy walking distance, so no car needed. Great bars and cafe's close by too, and recommendations from the owners were excellent.

Very impressed with the property. Including the location and everything that the owners provided to make our stay comfortable. We lacked nothing during our stay. Jill and Jim were great hosts and Jill checked on us to ask if there was anuthing we needed. We would definitely ask to stay again if we were going back to La Zenia. A great stay in La Zenia apartment
The property was as shown and described in the site. We booked for a week myself, wife and adult son as it is a two bedroom apartment was perfect for us. From this contact with Jill and James was very easy and quickly answered any of our questions or requests. They could not do enough to help make or visit to their apartment as great as possible even having some things like water,bread,milk EST., there for us. The Supermarket is 3 minutes from the apartment as is Paddy's Point great for food, entertainment and good staff. It is on the ground floor which was important to myself and Jean as stairs would not be suitable for us. Our son Sean enjoyed the great walks as the beach is about 10 minutes walk away. A big thank you to Jill and James who made our visit to the apartment a great stay even telling us not to worry about using a lot of electricity because we had a few very wet days which seldom happened in this area of Spain. We will be back to this apartment as will friends we have told about it.

We have just stayed at the most wonderful apartment in La Zenia, everything is new, bright and clean. It has all the amenities you could wish for and more! even including a dishwasher.. now that is a first! But the best bit is that as you walk out the door you have everything you need for a sun filled holiday. The pool is amazing and everyone you meet there is friendly, kind and full of useful information about the area. They have a separate pool for small children so it is perfectly safe. However, within a maximum of 10 minutes walk you are at an amazing blue flag sandy beach. The beach bars are fantastic for a daytime snack, drink or ice cream. They are also great to spend the sunset in. The walk is all on one level and there are various restaurants on the way for breakfast or dinner. Just seven minutes in the other direction is La Zenia Boulevard which is an amazing shopping centre but also offers lots of entertainment for parents and children too. There are many restaurants there and a bowling alley. We certainly had a great time and many thanks to the hosts Jill and Jim who were friendly and knowledgeable about the place and the area, they couldn’t have made us feel more welcome.
