Looking a bite tired in hallway/stairways. All planters r void of plants/flowers. Just weeds or cigarette butts. What was flower beds are over grown. Toll free phone number doesn’t work. Emails go unanswered. Very poor Wi-Fi connection. TvRemote not working. Room was fine very clean & bathroom well stocked with toiletries and towels. Bedding very clean, bed quite comfy. Plenty of bed pillows were a nice plus.

Had previously stay here, 7 years ago, loved the suite. This time a different experience. While the staff was great and accommodating, room itself failed, Heatpump not working, room was very stuffy up check-in, even couldn't get fan to work. Overnight room cooled slightly and started to stuff by check-out. Breakfast room and options very traditional, scrambled eggs had to be ordered and in a wait.

The main foyer and hallway had a very high perfume smell which I found very irritating. What are you trying to cover up because it was strong. The landscaping was not done and would greatly enhance the building. Looks like a landlord house in downtown Hamilton.

The property was good overall. Great room sizes. Decent breakfast. We didn't require many staff interactions, but all we had were fine. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Could use a little more spot cleaning in room carpet. I'd definitely stay again.

Enjoyed the stay.
Our room was nice and comfy. The staff were friendly, the check-in was quick. I got there an hour before check-in and qas given a room immediately wthout being asked for more money. Breakfast was good, fresh fruit and exceded what was expected for a continental breakfast.

A great property for my short getaway. Room was large with kitchenette. Staff were very friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Breakfast in a.m. was an added bonus and had plenty of options to start the day!

We choose Stone Gate because of its location and we were surprised that it was a small hotel with all the big hotel amenities. We’ll be back. Atar was great get him some reliable staff that guy works hard.

My new favourite hotel in Orillia/Barrie area! Scrupulously clean, friendly staff, peaceful, I just can’t say enough good things! The breakfast had lots of choice and I enjoyed the quiet setting with no blaring tv news to disturb me. The only thing missing was a make-up mirror in the bathroom! 😊
