I recoment this hotel have a good location is near to the bus station ,downton,museum the palacio de hierro and teleferico.

Pésimo servicio del personal, me hicieron bajar por una toalla, habiendo 3 personas en recepción; pedí un cambio de control ya que no funcionaba y me pusieron muchos peros para cambiarlo. Pésima experiencia, NO REGRESAREMOS JAMÁS.

Mala opción para hospedarse, solamente si no encuentran otra, no se puede descansar, también entra gente como si fuera hotel de paso, por lo mismo es ruidoso e inseguro por las noches. Pésima atención de la recepcionista, señora grosera y enojona. Jamás me volvería a hospedar en Haus Express😤

El hotel bien, el restaurante un 6 de calificación
Muy bien, atentos, el cuarto chico pero pues por una sola noche bien. El restaurante de noche no tiene platillos más variados, casi la mayoría es como para botanear. La salsa rach, la verdad sabía ransia, y los nugetts muy resecos.
