Great place/great location
Two couples rented the house on a golf vacation and the home worked out great. The two bedrooms with king beds were just right. The two other bedrooms would be great for kids. Only one issue is that both showers had extremely slippery tile and no mats were provided. We were comparing notes on our death-defying experiences every morning. Use the extra towels!

Lots of space, clean, but loud neighborhood
The house was very clean and the check in/out process was very easy. It was about 25 minutes from Disney and a relatively easy drive. We were there over New Years and it was rowdy. There were fireworks until 1am (starting at 8pm) and loud music until 3am. It may have just been the holiday, but it was frustrating. The house is managed by a property management group so it is hard if you have a big problem. But overall a nice place and it was clean.

The home nice and was as pictured on listing. We stayed 5 nights and it accommodated the 9 us great. Property management was great and responded quickly. The neighborhood was beautiful as well. There was however a thick layer of dust on most of the light fixtures and other above eye level surfaces. There is guest book with do and don’ts which stated the thermostat can not be set below 72 degrees which doesn’t seem bad except for the house gets a little uncomfortable due to the heat and humidity in the afternoon, it was more comfortable outside than it was inside. I guess the wires were cut on the air hockey table so we had to keep the kids out of the garage as we were concerned for them getting injured since the wires appeared to be rigged back together. That was a bummer, but overall we had a great vacation there.

I took my little sister to Florida’s to visit Disney for the 1st time… This place was Amazing Richard was awesome with communication… the area was quiet….and not far from the theme parks…they especially loved the Disney themed rooms simply amazing.

Had 4 young adults with us, was excited for them to see game room. Only one pool stick was functional, the table tennis board was missing the arm for net, the air hockey didn’t come on, the PS only had one control and no games connected. So games room was disappointing. However everything else was 5 stars.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and represented well in the listing photos. Amenities worked well. The kitchen was well stocked. The check in/out process was very smooth and easy. The owner’s communication was top notch. The location made it easy to get to attractions in the area! We would definitely stay again. A few minor things that could be better…the pool did get quite a bit of bugs/debris in it but there was a lot of rain the week we stayed which may have contributed. It appeared there were likely several rentals in the neighborhood. The rental house across the street had load music playing into the night which made it difficult to fall asleep when we needed to get up early. It would be nice to have a few more linens/blankets available but we definitely had enough to get by. Thanks for sharing your rental with us! We hope to come back to visit again!

Great quiet location. Easy access to the parks, groceries, restaurants. We had a few minor problems with the house. One being my grandson locked his bedroom door and we could not open it. Contacted the host and he had them cleared up within hours. Luckily my grandson was not inside the room. Would for sure stay here again.

We were there for a week and enjoyed the time we spent there. The property was very clean and well kept. The couch was cozy for us to settle down for the evening and watch a movie. The location was great, not in the middle of a big city but had everything we needed close by. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property to friends.

Everything was as expected. A very nice gated community with nice amenities. We had a lovely stay and the pool was an added bonus to relax in during the evening. We enjoyed the table by the pool to eat our dinner outside. My only complaint was the neighbor played music loudly outside until around 3 am every night and we had to get up really early for cheer competitions at ESPN but that was out of the owners control. Other than that it was a great stay.
