Summary:
A newly remodeled 4 bedroom 3 bath town home with two king bedrooms and located next to a lake in a 24/7 gated vacation resort.

The Space:
Venetian Bay Villages is a gated resort community featuring a clubhouse with an arcade and pool table, fitness center and a hot tub. The community pool overlooks a private lake. Other features include a sand volleyball court, tennis and basketball courts and 3 ponds for catch and release fishing as well as 4 pools, playgrounds and 4 picnic areas.

Our newly remodeled town home is located around the corner from the clubhouse and resort amenities and just next to the lake dock.

On the ground level you will find a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the dining and living room area as well as an en-suite master king bedroom that offers a nice view of the lake.

Hurricane Milton tried to ruin my Vacation
My original Disney vacation with my twin 8 year old grandsons was scheduled for May but my husband had to have emergency open heart surgery, the host Mark was amazing through the rebooking process , then in October along came hurricane Milton, i was undecided on whether to go to my destination or stay home so i reached out to our host who checked property and surrounding area after the hurricane and let us know what he saw then left decision to us . We decided to go. The townhouse was perfect and after a long day at Disney the pools and basketball court were great for the kids and jacuzzi was much needed for the adults.The location was a perfect 20 minute drive to all Disney attractions . The mattress on the beds were so comfy and the full size washer and dryer were a huge plus. This was our very first trip to Orlando but we will rebook this townhouse when we decide to go again Again i cant say enough about our host, he has been amazing to us and we are forever grateful for the perfect place to stay .

Got to this house door wide open, door lock didnt work but they responded quick and fixed it, then found out upstairs lights/outlets didnt work so had to contact them again.. then came back and the ac wasnt working. Had to go buy batteries to fix the problem ourself cause no one respond that night was 95 degrees in the town house. After a long day in the park. And no one responding fixed it ourself. 1st time renting on here not sure if ill do it again. I had to ask for more dish soap gave me 1 for 9 days for dishwasher. I felt like they should of reembursed some money back for all the problems i had. And my husband fixing the ac himself. They really need a better message system for urgent problems. The ac didnt cool off till well in the early morning the next day..

Clean and great location. There was some confusion on gaining entry through security but the owner made himself available and helped us get in. There was a limited supply of paper products like paper towels and toilet paper and the bath towels were small. We also had to purchase more hand soap and wash rags.

I love this complex, we are coming to Venetian Bay since 14 years ago and always is a delightful place to stay, the location, the amenities and the houses are always in a very good shape! But this house was the best of all! It was very clean, totally equipped, very cozy! We loved it! 100% recommended!

Quick 2 Day Stay
Stayed for a couple days to see family on way to grand cayman. Property was secure and clean with lots of amenities from pool to fitness room. House had all we needed! Much bigger than it looks! Close to all parks if that’s what you’re looking for!

Kid free getaway!
Check in was smooth and the gate security Mr. D. Morales was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, and about 30 mins from the airport/parks. Very close to many shopping centers and grocery stores. The property could def use a deep clean, and the door handle at the front door needs repair. There was a delay in our departure flight due to a mechanical issue. I began to panic because of the inconvenience this would cause. I soon felt at ease when we were given permission to stay the remainder of the day, if needed. That was greatly appreciated and I couldn't thank them enough. We would def return to this property, and look forward to it.

The beds are not comfortable
This vrbo provided a roof over our head…. That was good, because that is all we needed for our Disney trip. BUT my number one thing I look for at night is a nice bed to come back to and go to sleep on after a long day, and we did not get that. The comfortability of the bed was awful. I’m not sure If I have ever slept on a bed that uncomfortable before. I laid my head on the pillow and instantly switched them out for the pillows in the closet hoping they were a tad better. They weren’t. I wanted to go somewhere to buy pillowcases but that never happened so I opted to use my blanket that I brought with me over my pillow. My in laws and husband said the same thing. The bed was not comfortable at all. Overall the vrbo had nice rooms and my kids loved the bunk beds. We did have a couple problems through the stay. Like a tv was missing from a room and the property manager was quick to get it taken care of, the washing machine did keep giving an error message, but we eventually got it running. It was difficult. The rugs in the bathroom are curling up and they almost tripped my handicap in laws several times. The check out process was very easy. We had long days so we weren’t really in the vrbo for long periods of time so we didn’t get to use the pool or any of the other amenities.

We loved this property. It was a perfect price point for our week long visit. It had everything we needed and more. We made many new family memories here. We had no issues connecting with a live person when we were in need of something or had a question. We loved it! Yahtzee is now a new family favorite and we will remeber playing it together for years to come!!

Can’t wait to stay again!
This is my first time doing Vrbo in Orlando. We usually stay at hotels near Disney. I was amazed at how much room we had. This place is great to wind down in on those long park days. The location was always within 25 minutes of Disney. Close to Publix and other stores. The beds were comfortable and whomever decorated the place is amazing. They used the space perfectly! We will definitely be staying here again!

Great little Orlando get away
The property over all is great, great amenities and great location. The check in process is a little hectic as cars can get really backed up. The unit it self is very spacious and great location very quiet. My only suggestion is that it could use a deep cleaning. It was very comfortable and I would definately stay again.

It’s was a seamless stay the home was clean and the pictures are true to sight .. the only thing we had an issue with was we had multiple vehicles, I got there first and it was very late; I hated that I had to contact the host so late. if you can please register them before check in if you can and it has to be the the Host not via online ..it’s was a wonderful stay you won’t be disappointed
