We would love to let you know that our first priority is your family's enjoyment of our vacation home. As property owners we are available 24 hours a day for questions or concerns. We also have amazing property management and cleaning staff as well.

If you are looking for a beautiful, safe, quiet and private vacation home in a gated community in an area near Disney World with plenty of other desirable shops and restaurants, then you've found it! We offer a very clean home with brand new features all over the house including a little touch of Disney! We have installed beautiful brand new flooring in May 2023. Also included wireless internet, brand new AC Unit installed in March 2019 , the home offers 5 beautiful bedrooms, including a large master with a 55 inch flatscreen tv and a king size bed. The master bath has large walk in shower with soaking tub. Also a great home for the entire family, featuring two custom designed kids rooms with Minion and Mickey Mouse themes. Both of the other bedrooms have flat screens with cable and free wifi throughout the home! We've converted the garage into an awesome game area for everyone to enjoy with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, basketball game and other family games. It wouldn't be a Florida vacation without a peaceful pool/spa area. It will make you never want to leave! We’ve added privacy screens to both sides of the pool enclosure and there are no rear neighbors!! There is a BBQ available to rent for a small fee. Lots of new upgrades in the home ,including pool/spa heater, Samsung dryer and a new washing machine, refrigerator, new stove and dishwasher including 4 large flatscreen TVs. As a stress free bonus we provide all your bedding and towels. If you would like to heat the pool and spa it's only a $25 a day charge. This home is designed with our clients in mind and we have made sure to put a property management team in place that we have the upmost confidence in to make sure the home is clean when you arrive and also they are there as a safety net in case anything isn't up to our vacation families standards. As owners we take this rental property very seriously and are hands on all the time. We're very easy to contact and we will be responsive as quickly as possible to fix anything that seems out of place. Disney World is only 10 to 15 miles away depending on which park you are visiting. High grove community also offers a large clubhouse with a very large pool, exercise room, mini golf, playground, game room, computers and friendly staff to answer any questions you might have about the clermont area. We stayed here for my best friend’s 40th birthday trip to Disney with both our families (3 kids: 16, 7, and 6). It was the perfect space and we had everything we needed! The hosts were so responsive leading up to our trip and the place was very clean. Lots of towels and all the kitchen tools we needed. Walmart was a short drive away to get things we needed. Plan for traffic to and from the parks to take 30 minutes + because of traffic!

We had a lovely stay at this home . The hosts were quick to respond to any message we sent them , the home was very spacious and had nice touches from the housekeeper which we appreciated . The location was great ! Only took us about 30 min to get to any large attraction . There were a lot of ants in the kitchen so I don’t recommend leaving any drink on the counters or bread/snacks . Other than the ants , we had no complaints . Everything was just as described and the hosts were wonderful to work with . We look forward to staying here again !

Wonderful place to stay
We flew in for a cheer competition in Orlando and I enjoyed the proximity of the house to the convention center and airport. Our whole family enjoyed playing games in the game room and the pool/hot tub was a great way to wind down in the evening. The house was very clean and was as described in the listing, enjoyed it very much and would recommend.

Great stay!
This was a perfect house for our family vacation! The home was clean, comfortable, spacious, and our kids absolutely loved the Disney theme, the game room, and the pool! Very close to theme parks, dining, grocery stores, and other necessities which made the whole trip a breeze to navigate. The hosts were amazing to work with, very responsive, and we would 100% recommend this home to anyone and would stay there again!

Property was perfect for our family. Plenty of room, and very clean. The location is great and only 13 miles from the Disney parks! Traffic in Orlando is pretty bad, so give yourself at least 30 minutes to get to the Disney area.

Beautiful House and Superb Location
Family of 8 stayed for 2 weeks in the property, and I cannot speak highly enough of just the owners, Jeff and Jamie who were amazing, but the property manager also, Dan was so attentitive and ensured we were all ok throughout the trip. We stayed as the hurricane was barrelling towards Florida, so the kids were a little worried but Dan popped round and talked use through with what would probably happen and in the end, we had a bit of light wind and rain for a day or so and that was that, I will be honest, I was half tempted to put a bad review just so no one tries to stay there next year so we can stay again!!! The house was clean and well maintained throughout and was a great size for everyone. The hot tub especially was lovely after a long day out. The location is great and we went to Tampa, St petes beach, Busch Gardens, all about an hour or so away and Disney and Universal all about 20 mins. Fabluous. 5 Star rating from all of us! See you next year!

Very Convenient
We arrived for a work conference/Disney visit. The location was perfect. The house was well kept and clean, which was important for my immunocompromised child. The kids enjoyed the game room garage (I did as well as a pool shark!) Walmart and other stores are less than a mile away, if you need to grab anything last minute. Would definitely stay again in the future.
