Windsor Palms Resort is a gated community with guards on duty 24 hours. The resort is only 5 miles from Disney and 18 miles to Universal Parks. Within just a few minutes you’ll find lots of shopping and restaurants. Walmart, Target, Publix, Red Lobster, BoneFish Grill, Chuy’s, McDonalds, Wendy’s, Carrabbas, Olive Garden, Outback, Bahama Breeze, Joe’s Crab Shack, Denny’s, Margaritaville Resort district and too many others to list.

The villa is professionally managed locally.

Our home is cleaned following VRMA cleaning guidelines for Covid-19. Our cleaners are using disinfecting cleaners on all surfaces with extra attention being paid to high touch surfaces. Disinfectant is being sprayed on surfaces after sanitizing procedures. White linens and towels are washed using soap and bleach.

We provide remote check-in. You can check yourself in directly at the property with remote door code access. However, you will need to stop at the gatehouse upon arrival to show ID and pick up your vehicle pass.

If we are unable to honor your booking due to Florida State or Osceola County mandating new restrictions due to Covid-19, we will refund 100% of your deposits paid.

In order to avoid large gatherings, Windsor Palms has strict vehicle limits, noise ordinances and streets are patrolled regularly. All adult guests are registered with the resort gatehouse and only registered guests are allowed entry into the resort.

Gatherings in the home are limited to 14 people.

Sorry, no smoking indoors.

The house is all pictured as is. The property was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. My kids loved the pool which stayed the perfect temperature throughout. Elaine was responsive when we had questions and the check in/check out process was simple and straight forward.

Amazing
I have been staying in this community for year after year for cheer competitions for over 7 years. Each year we have a mix of family and friends stay together. This home has everything we need for a larger group. The extra bathrooms is a high plus! The house is clean, commutation with the owners is spot on,. We look forward to staying here again next year.

Wonderful trip
This was our first time at this particular property and it was awesome. The house was large, especially for 2 people and a dog. It was very clean and the mattress was so comfortable we didn't want to leave. We did venture up to the second floor and the upstairs rooms were also very nice, especially for children. Elaine is a wonderful person for any concerns or questions you might have. She is the only person we will vacation with. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Space worked great for our family of 7 adults and 2 children! Wheelchair accessibility to get into the house is good. Large bedroom and bathroom on main floor worked well for wheelchair. Elaine was super helpful getting a food processor and bath seat before our visit and next day delivery to replace a broken blender. Much appreciated!!

Perfect home for a family vacation
Even though it was just the 2 of us and our yorkie, I can see bring our family down with us and staying here together. The pool and backyard is what sold me on this property. Quiet neighborhood close to great restaurants and shops. It had everything we needed and then some.

A gem in Windsor Palms
We had a great stay. This was just after the hurricane and the host was highly communicative and responsive. This property stands out for a number of reasons... This is our 4th stay in this community, and this was one of the best home rentals. Most units are similar, but this one stands out from: 1. The privacy of the cul de sac and the ample space between neighbors / nothing in the rear made for a great pool experience 2. We've had pools high in chlorine or too salty - this wasn't one of them. 3. The additional on-suite bathrooms were much appreciated by the extended family 4. Included pool heat! 5. Well stocked pillows and towels 6. The wheelchair came in handy 7. Clean and up to date And of course the host!

After being at property for 3.5 hrs (we arrived at 9p) decided to lay in bed & watch TV to wait for the rest of my party to arrive. I was bitten by bedbug! Immediately contacted property manager who told me to call owner. She didn't return call until next morning. After they sent someone to verify it was bed bugs we had to vacate property. There was not another property available for us to move to. We ultimately had checked into hotel which I paid & family was split up. My Son's birthday was ruined. Our trip was ruined. We never got to spend the time together like we wanted doing the things we wanted because the house had bed bugs!

Fantastic location/family friendly home
Elaine was fabulous to work with and accommodated all of our needs. We had everything we needed and was able to enjoy a beautiful stay with family in a beautiful home. The pool and hot tub was a definite plus! There was plenty of room for ALL of the family, the game room was a hit with the teenagers, plus the ability to use the clubhouse gym and movie theater. Although the clubhouse pool was an option we felt the home was perfect to be able to stay put and have fun at the pool that was at the home. Definitely a recommendation for any large family who wants to enjoy quality time and comfort at the same time. Highly recommend Elaine’s beautiful home!! Thank you so much and will will 100% book again!

Absolute Perfection
First of all, the house was immaculate when we walked through the door, we were really impressed with how clean it was. Nice and close to all the parks and the airport. (15 min to Disney, 30-40 to Universal, about 30 to the airport) House was super spacious, beautifully decorated, very comfortable from furniture to beds. So nice that everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked. We all enjoyed the screened in pool/hot tub area daily and loved that the part of the patio with the table had a solid roof over it. You could always enjoy a nice piece of shade in at least one area throughout the day if you needed it. Backyard was great and spacious and you weren’t on top of the neighbors. Elaine answered all emails before and during the trip very quickly and was so sweet and helpful. We definitely plan on returning.
