Your vacation adventures begin the minute you arrive as you take full advantage of the sparkling community pool and bubbling hot tub, keep up with all your goals in the fitness center, or spend a rainy afternoon in the game room.
This community also delivers an advantageous location just a short walk to the Championsgate Village shops and restaurants. Spend your days engaging in some playful competition at the area's golf courses, indulging in delicious dishes at tasty restaurants, and of course, visiting the electric nearby theme parks. Closer to your stay, discover the Championsgate Main Strip just 2 blocks away, the I-4 3 blocks away, and the community's common center within a 1-block walking distance.
This 4-bedroom, end-unit home features an abundance of natural light illuminating modern spaces meticulously curated with amenities and furnishings to maximize your downtime. The open concept living room is the perfect spot to stream movies, whereas the well-appointed kitchen positively gleams with its stainless steel appliances, glossy granite countertops, center island, and breakfast bar. The back patio is the ideal spot to enjoy conservation views and soak up the ample Florida sun during the day or to have a cookout in the evening. For additional fun, there is a one-car, attached garage with a foosball table to feed your competitive side.
This home comfortably sleeps 9 guests between 4 private bedrooms. An additional fold-up, twin-size cot is also available in the master bedroom closet.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Driveway parking available for 1 vehicle, with street parking available at unmarked spaces near the home.
• A private grill can be rented for $150 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Please note that BBQ grill rental fees are non-refundable.
• Starting September 1, 2024, the clubhouse, pool, and spa will be undergoing essential maintenance updates. As a result, these areas will be closed for the entire month of September.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 dogs allowed. An additional daily Pet Fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. Guests must pick up after pets. Any additional cleaning and damage recovery needed will be billed to the guest.
• This home is equipped with one (1) outdoor security camera, mounted at the front entryway and actively monitoring the home’s entrance.
The group-friendly accommodations at ChampionsGate are located just a few miles from all of the incredible parks and attractions this area has in spaces, including Epcot, the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. A little further out, you can visit SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Studios Orlando.
Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 8 miles away and features the Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and more. There’s truly something for everyone!

• This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.
• Always observe quiet hours from 10 Pm to 7 AM as there are neighbors close by that reside on the property all year round.
• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.
