This Orlando - Kissimmee - Davenport vacation home includes the following amenities: - 1st bedroom is a KING MASTER SUITE - on ground level, has access to the pool deck - 2nd bedroom is a KING MASTER SUITE -located upstairs and is the only bedroom on that floor level - 3rd bedroom is a QUEEN MASTER SUITE on ground level - at the front of the property, for privacy. This property is ideal for 3 couples PLUS there are the two twin rooms. - 4th bedroom - has 2 x twin beds, on ground level. - 5th bedroom - has 2 x twin beds, on ground level We have made the bedding suitable for all groups - ( not just for kids!)
Oversized kitchen with breakfast bar, separate nook table and chairs with view off the pool (tiled). The kitchen is well equipped for 12 people, cupboards well stocked for cooking, eating out by the pool, and that important blender for cocktails! - Pool is 28 x 14 feet - on an oversized deck. The spa cascades into the pool. Pool and spa heat IS INCLUDED for all stays - no extra fee. Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour dans cette propriété. Points positif : sont emplacement, tout est proche. Point négatif: piscine trop chaude, présence de fourmis et insectes retrouvés à l'intérieur de la propriété. Les couvre-lits désuets.

Reunion with college roommates

We loved the house. Everyone had there own space. The pool and spa were great. We used them daily. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We ended up renting a grill, but did not use it. Overall 10/10, would rent again.

Great location for Disney Vacation

The stay was excellent. Accessible to the Disney parks with a view of the fireworks show (it is a small show since you are far away but still have a view of both displays). It is a little further of a drive for the Universal Studios parks. Would stay here again.

Awesome House

This was a wonderful house in a good location. The pool was nice and warm upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet, beds were comfortable, and everything was as expected. If I had to say anything that could have improved the situation is the games in the garage need updated and the internet code needs to be improved. We did not have Wi-fi the entire trip. Other than that it was perfect! Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Disney Vacation

The stay at this house was amazing! It was clean, had plenty of space for the 8 family members, and was close enough to Disney and other local spots to make it even more enjoyable. Michelle was very responsive when I had questions even the silly, minor questions I had. There is a binder that covered everything that we needed to know. The stay was great and we had a great week! I recommend this property!

Christmas Trip

This house was amazing. Communication was always open and the residents in the neighborhood were really nice. It was only 30 mins from Disney World and you could watch the fireworks from the pool area, at a distance but still very visible. The pool and hot tub were heated and absolutely wonderful. The family and I really enjoyed ourselves and are planning another stay soon.

Beautiful Home

This home is absolutely stunning, not outdated at all. The pool area is gorgeous, and it didn't cost anything to heat. Everything was clean and beautiful. Communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. So close to everything, yet so quiet and serene.

Second stay here!

We have stayed here before and would stay again. We love the layout, especially the kitchen. The pool was great, the hot tub maybe got a little too warm - but that is a good problem in November!! First, the house is very nice and was clean. Second, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need as far as utensils- like all rentals, you need to supply cooking ingredients. The bedrooms are all nice and the beds were all comfortable. The location is great, and the area is very quiet. Home owners live on each side, and are very quiet. Great neighborhoods to walk through - always felt safe. Finally, Michelle was great to deal with. She is prompt with responses and provides all the information you need right away. First rate! If available I would rent again.

This house was perfect for our large family vacation. There was plenty of room so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other and we all had our own space within the house! The house also came with so many extras like pack N plays, pool toys and floats, beach necessities etc. It is in a great location! We loved being able to see fireworks from Disney each night!

Two Week Stay

Two week stay with kids and grandkids. Location was very good. We enjoyed the space and the pool. Bedrooms could get a little stuffy at night, but we were there during the hottest two weeks of July! Nice, quiet neighborhood, we felt safe. The big screen TV and large sitting area was great for viewing Disney movies in preparation for our Disney days. The ping-pong table was not useable, but there was plenty to keep us busy. It was excellent for a large family.

Family vacation

We had this house booked for approximately one month. The house was clean and all the furniture was good. We really enjoyed the solitude of the back garden and solar heated pool. The pool backed onto a wide open space and at 9pm we could watch the Disney and Epcot fireworks far off in the distance. We had a few issues which were addressed promptly by Michelle!!

Hampton Lakes Rental - LockBreeze

This is a beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. Viewing of Disney fireworks and rocket launchs from Cape Canaveral can be seen from the pool area! Nearby various grocery / shopping areas. Home is nicely equipped and very clean. Pool heat was wonderful! Michelle is great to work with and responded with every inquiry.

Nice house!

Our family enjoyed staying at this quiet home for a week. It’s close to grocery, etc but traffic on main roads is congested. The home was well equipped and clean, but a bit dated. Neighborhood was nice. We liked that backyard didn’t face neighbors. Seeing Disney fireworks at night from the pool was fun.
