Overall very good! Only minus was cleanliness…there was dark hair that was not ours in the bathroom and the shower floor was stained. Otherwise very good.

Fun Time at Westgate
My family had a wonderful time at Westgate. The location was perfect and the amenities were what we expected. On site restaurants, pool, water park provided lots of fun for our grandson. It was close to area attractions mainly Disney World. It was a perfect match for our needs.

Great place for kids with lots of pools but terrible internet
Overall, the place is a great place for kids with lots of great pools. The manager called to tell me all about it which was nice however the Waterpark costs an additional $25 per person (but we were told $15 so there was some confusion there). On top when we checked in they only had us for one night but we had reserved for two nights. I wrote the property manager and they fixed it the next day. The only bad part was that my husband and I were trying to work while the kids played and the internet was very unreliable. I spent almost an hour with the provider and they couldn’t fix it which made it frustrating for trying to work. So my advice is go to play and not go to work.

We stayed here while my daughter competed at ESPN Wide World Sports. The location was perfect 10-15 mins from parks. There was plenty to do on property as well as amazing restaurants! Easy access parking and we would definitely stay here again!

Not Sure We’d Book Again…
We visited Disney parks during our stay. We loved how close the resort was to the parks. The resort staff were kind and quick to respond. We had an issue with loud neighbors. Our concerns were heard and we were moved. These are all positives. However— the rooms were not very clean. The shower window was covered in mold. There were bodily hairs on the tub and shower walls. And it was clear that the tub had not truly been cleaned in some time as there was a weird grime over the tub walls. Cleanliness matters a great deal to us. So I rate this site lower because of this factor.

Very much nicer than hotel for quick stay
Very nice property for our 2 night stay. Very clean and tons of amenities offered (some activities were extra and not included in cost of listing). Would definitely chose over staying in a hotel as priced very reasonably for what we needed. Property owner was very accommodating and great in communicating. Everything was top notch at this property! Would definitely consider booking if we were back!

It’s not Disney but very cool
Many fun things to do. LOTS of things cost extra — kid’s pool n splash pad cost $25/person for everyone 4 and up. It was the only pool with food and drink’s offered. Thought restaurants were priced ok for vacation place. MUCH needed maintenance on dinosaurs at putt putt and a few other places. Not horrible but obvious. Walmart is across from entrance- much cheaper than marketplace on the property. Everyone I encountered that worked at Westgate was incredibly friendly and helpful

1st family vacation
The resort was what was advertised. It had alot of things to do within the resort. It was like its own little park. Food, awesome food, pools and water park. The gentleman at the desk at the Waterpark was very friendly and helpful. Everyone at the resort was friendly. Our only complaint we had was the weather so we didnt get to enjoy all that the resort has to offer. We will definitely be back. It is well worth the money.

Family of 4 with toddlers.
We used VRBO to book at Westgate and for the price, were happy with our room. The listing said we had one double bed and a pull out couch, when I had wanted a King size bed, one of us could sleep on the pull out but 3 of us would need to sleep in the bed and a double wouldn’t cut it. When verifying with the property manager my concern over ensuring we all had a place to sleep really agitated him, but the listing did not match what he was telling me. Ultimately we did get the room we requested but I’ve never been treated with such disrespect from a VRBO owner. We liked Westgate. Were satisfied with the room. Would not eat on property again, though.

Great stay - would definitely recommend. My experience was slightly jarred on day1 when the desk (after being in line for over half hour) told me they don’t have my name in system, despite confirmation e-mail from VRBO. After much back and forth the VRBO manager finally arranged stay at another property - 40 mins drive away. Came back the next day and for the next four days the stay was great.

Great spot, clean, cozy
Great location close to Disney parks. Loved the heated pool and hottub. Kitchenette in the room was very convenient. Having a convenience store and restaurants in the resort was so nice. I would highly recommend this location. I did have to go back to the front desk for a parking pass (they forgot to give it to me) but other than that, no complaints. Will likely stay here again.
