BEAUTIFUL 6 BEDROOMS POOL HOME, NEAR DISNEY PARKS.

Your 6 bedroom beautiful home is equipped with a full sized kitchen, living room and dining room. Furthermore, you have your own private backyard, in ground pool
(extra fee for pool heated ). BBQ available one time fee $65 for your stay!
Close to major highway,15 to 20 miles to Walt Disney world theme parks.

It is a two story home with 1 master bedroom on the main floor and 5 bedrooms upstairs. There is also a total of 4 bathrooms, so no need to wait in line for the shower! There is a play room with Foosball table, Pool table and Air Hockey.

The whole house is yours, this is your space!

Also, this is VERY important, guests who book our home must a picture of GOVERNMENT I.D after they've booked the home and for check in!

GUEST INTERACTION:

The check-in is self serve, you will be given the check in instruction two days before your check-in date. Therefore, you will not have to waste time and meet someone for keys! As for interaction, you can always call/email/ message me if you have any issues and I'll have my host resolve your issue immediately!

NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW:

The beautiful Orlando neighborhood is kind and friendly! It is also a calm and quiet neighborhood, so please respect your neighbors! Located about a 20 minute drive to Walt Disney Resort and about 30 minute drive to Universal Studios and Sea World! PUBLIX Grocery store just about 8 minute drive for all your grocery needs.

GETTING AROUND:


FREE PARKING as you have your own private parking lot in front of the house, Motor home NOT allowed in Four Corners community. It is perfect for your family car rental. Uber is extremely beneficial as it is much cheaper than Taxi's. (You'll save about 30% on fares)

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

the pool heating runs from 9am to 9pm!

Please bring your bathing suit as you have access to your own in ground pool! There’s no pool towels available to use and limited toilet paper. However, please bring detergent if you plan on washing and drying your clothes! There is a dryer if you need it. Furthermore, the kitchen has utensils, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, pots and pans. NO SMOKING INDOORS, please smoke outside!

We have also add video camera outside of the house. We've added this for security reasons. What I mean by that is that we make sure that no robberies happen and our furniture or anything is stolen. More importantly, it also PROTECTS you while you are away at either disney or doing any activities outside.

Do not worry, there is absolutely no cameras in the inside.

Pictures online are different than what it looks like now. Very spacious and plenty of bathrooms. Just needs A LOT of updating. One broke shower door handle, some cracked tiles in kitchen. First floor ceiling has water damage stains. Some dry wall areas need repair like between shower and tub in master along with the blinds. Beds were not comfortable. They all sunk on sides. We made the best of our time there and enjoyed ourselves. Great location. Owner was very pleasant and refunded us for pool heating because it did not work but for one day.

Not what I expected
My family and I were disgusted by the condition of this property. The home was not clean. The dishes that were available for use were dirty l, the master bedroom and bathroom looked as if they were half cleaned, there was mold and mildew all around the back of the house. There was also glass surrounding the pool area and debris as well as dead worms in the bottom of the pool. There was a bit plug and a spoiled baby bottle found in a decorative vase on the staircase. A couple of the televisions did not work. The remotes were missing batteries and the other televisions were missing cords to connect them to the cable boxes. One of the bed frames was broken and there was an opened bag of sugar underneath the kitchen sink that had clearly attracted any. I reached out to VRBO and HomeAway.com and I have gotten no response. I will definitely never stay at this property again.

Had an amazing time!!
The house is absolutely beautiful! We had such an amazing time. Everyone had fun and loved the pool outside. Also the pool table was a hit! We loved being there. Definitely will be coming back to this house in the near future! If you’re looking for a big house with big rooms and plently of bathrooms with a great neighborhood then this is the house for you. The host was fast with responding and very kind.

The house was very weathered.
The house was very weathered.. we got in it easily enough with the instructions they gave us. The downstairs appeared to be OK when you went up the stairs the carpet was dirty looking probably worn. The freezer had a whole bucket of ice cream in it which is weird why wouldnt the cleaning service check the freezer. A lot of makeshift things which I get they probably need to do it just needed a lot more work like you know spruced up a little bit moldy shower curtains mold in the grout of the tile I should say what appeared to look like more I did take pictures. The pool had a patio table with umbrella the legs were held up by a couple crushed cans that doesn’t help level the table out the umbrella appear to be moldy and had a hole in it a tear. The back of the house looks like it could’ve used power washing along with the lawn chairs lotta green maybe Algae?The other chairs look pretty old cushions some of the seams were ripped the pool skimmer was ripped almost halfway off. I was torn to say anything because I couldn’t believe the place was cleaned or that nobody complained before us. The washer and dryer room was very dirty and had a lint and dirt behind the washer and dryer. It’s a nice place but like I said it’s weathered it could use a little TLC of cleaning. I ended up emailingThe host and he said he would take care of that. I do have pictures I told him if he needed to show his staff.

The house was very easy to get to and was in a nice area. Everything went well with our stay. We had to contact the owner at check-in but he was very helpful as was the management company. The only issue I would point out was the alarm system beeped about every minute or so and was a bit loud. Overall highly recommended.

I loved the house. It had enough space for my family of 12. The pool and hot tub were great. Everything was clean, neat, and organized. My only problem was the air hockey and fuse ball table didn't work. That was the main reason I booked the house.
