Fantastic spot
I would 100% book this spot again! Clean, tons of space to spread out with a large group of 17 as we were. If you’re staying long you’ll need a few things like toilet paper, paper towel, dish detergent, laundry detergent. We didn’t used dishwasher at all so grabbed extra cloths for washing dishes

Very large home with beautiful sunset views over a lake filled with various birds. It can comfortably accommodate a large group. Having a second frig in the garage was definitely beneficial. Everyone loved it and they want to return next year.

Amazing Stay for my Moms 80th bday Trip
I'm super late in sharing my review but I was thinking about the convenience of everything that made this trip so special. From the beginning to checkout. The communication was amazing with the owners pre-check in to checkout. This home is so lovely me and my family enjoyed the stay as it was so close to everything and we had everything that we needed. The rooms were all spacious, clean and just really nice. It was just a very relaxing experience and we felt like we had our own little oasis. We had enough space to laugh, cook and play games together but also relax in our own separate spaces.Getting too and from the parks was so simple because ride share services were literally always in the area. We've already said that if we do another trip we would re-book here. The price point was amazing compared to many of the other homes listed that were not as nice looking from the pictures show. This home looks as pictured and I can't recommended staying here enough.

We were a group of 13 including a 1 year child. In the area to celebrate a UCF graduate and 2 birthdays. We found this house to be very spacious, comfortable & well appointed. Pool was warm to perfect temp for December stay. Apprx 20 minutes to Disney parks, a bit further to Universal. We both drove & Ubered as needed. Publix and other food options within 10 - 15 min from house.

Awesome Home!
This vacation property is perfect for hosting a large group of family and friends. It is very well appointed with everything that you could possibly need. The upstairs TV area provides another gathering area which is ideal for multiple gaming and watching options. The second refrigerator in the garage is great for drinks and overflow for groceries. The location is very close to Disney and convenient to shopping and dining.

Beautiful home with plenty of space. We paid extra for the hot tub/heated pool even though it was June- glad we did . Fair amount of rain so the weather was cooler. Have stayed at other homes in the complex over the years and this one was outstanding.

Large Family Vacation
The house was incredible and the pictures don't do it justice. The rooms were larger than what we imagined and we had plenty of room. We ended up with 16 out of 21 family members with us and we did not feel crowded at all. This was definitely one of the greatest vacation spots we have ever stayed at.

Fabulous place!!
We absolutely loved our family vacation here with the 13 of us, which included 5 children! The home is spacious and awesome, offering everything you would need for a delightful time. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool at the house as well as the community pool area. The hosts were anmazing and quick to respond any time I reached out to them. This was our second time coming here, and we would come back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!!!

From our first view of the house as we walked in, we were blown away by the beautiful and spacious eating and gathering space! Everything was so clean and well decorated. We had plenty of room for our large party of adults and 6 grands ranging in age from 7 mos to 6 years old. We loved all of the bedrooms that had either a connecting bedroom or one right next for the grands to sleep near their parents. This Gigi and Grandpa loved having our own retreat space downstairs with a wonderful en-suite bathroom. The pool was delightful and the spa relaxing after a busy day at Disney. The pool was so clean and the pool toys and floats were a awesome treat! The location was perfect for a short walk to the clubhouse! Thanks you for allowing us to enjoy such an amazing house!

House worked out great for my family. Kitchen stove is getting tired, oven slow. Frying pans old, need kitchen towels and wire whisk, needs cleaning behind doors in toilet rooms, vacuum food from chairs and couch creases. Loved game room and large dining room table. Fantastic family property
Great home. Beautiful neighborhood. All the grandkids slept upstairs with parents in jack and Jill rooms. Just perfect. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, but the club house, pools, water slides, lazy river, free game room, craft area, etc. We’re a huge hit with all our grandkids who are under 10. Perfect stay. Would definitely recommend it to others.
