Great location with great pool
The photos and description of this place are spot on. The centralized location made this a great place to stay and the pool with pool bar was just what we needed to unwind. It's also very helpful that Publix is within walking distance so that we could get food for our stay.Thanks!

Perfect Stay in Orlando – Cay Vista ResortOur VRBO at Cay Vista Resort was fantastic! The location couldn’t have been better—just 1.2 miles from the convention center, close to Publix, and surrounded by great restaurants. Plus, getting to Universal or anywhere in town was super easy with Uber.The resort was comfortable, convenient, and had everything we needed for a great stay in Orlando. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a place that’s both relaxing and close to all the action! Plus the host was awesome and quickly to respond. Great place and location
Stayed for 4 days with my parents and daughter for a gymnastics meet. It was a very nice condo. Perfect location to the convention center. Spent a day at universal studios and it was very close and convenient. Nice layout for family and privacy. Would stay there again.

Wonderful Stay and Outstanding Service
We had a great experience at this condo! The property manager was incredibly responsive when we encountered an issue with the unit on our first night. They quickly moved us to a comparable unit in the same complex, making the process smooth and stress-free. The property is in a fantastic location, within walking distance to Publix, which was so convenient. The resort bar and pool area were amazing—perfect for relaxing and enjoying our vacation. The new condo was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We truly appreciated the excellent communication and quick resolution from the property manager, and the resort amenities made our stay even better. Highly recommend this property for a great getaway!

We stayed for just a few nights to take our teens on a quick trip to Disney since they really don't remember it from their childhoods. While we had a great time, it was so nice to be out of the "Disney scene" in the evenings! We didn't spend much time in the unit, but it was clean and well-stocked. Just what we needed

Perfect for conferences
We stayed here with our family while we went to a conference. It's a very close drive to the conference center and it's not too far from Disney. The condo is clean and just as pictured. The community has a nice pool. I would recommend this place.

Clean and large property! The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures and in a convenient location to both Universal and Disney Springs. The kids loved the pool after a long day at the parks. Publix and Dunkin are within walking distance.

This home was comfortable, clean, had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the living area with the comfy couch. This place is located in a great area with grocery store and a restaurant. Close to Seaworld which was great. I highly recommend this place. It’s also 15 mins to the airport.

For the most part our stay was excellent. I was confused that this was listed as a new property but did not seem to be looking at some of the floors as well as the main bath shower. Shower was very small for me and my wife, I barely had enough room to bend over and wash my feet. Could have used more storage space for our clothing. When we were going to go swimming we did finally find towels but when we used one of them it was not clean and had hair on them. We weren't notified or told that the pool bar area would not be open. On a scale of 1-10 the room cleanliness was a 5. The pillows in the main bedroom were not very comfortable and very flat which made for a rough sleep. We were pleased with the location of the property as it was close to Disney and Universal studio.
