This was such a great rental. Everything was as pictures in the listing. Everything was clean and we had no issues getting on to the property. We had an issues getting the AC to cool the first day but the host was able to fix the issues and was very responsive. We definitely want to book this place for our future Orlando trips.

My husband pick this beautiful property for a two day stay before we cruise out of Florida and everything was just like the pics on Vrbo user friendly website. Property management communication with us was very helpful and good! Self checkin and out was very easy and the property was very clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for a good meal and the beds were comfortable and plenty of space for a two bedroom condo. Security at the front entrance made us feel a little safer. Lots of restaurants and retail stores close by. I would definitely stay here again and refer all my family and friends!

It is difficult to get ahold of the property manager. I called multiple times leading up to our stay and during, never once did they answer a call. I was able to get through via message, but only before our stay. The electronic key pad stopped working the second day we were there and management did not answer calls or texts regarding this issue. The water filter on the fridge had not been changed, so we had to purchase our own water. There was pink mold in the grout by the showers and the rugs in the main living space were disgusting. There were a lot of long black hairs imbedded into the rugs. Location was great for Disney, but will not stay here again.

The place was beautiful and very clean. It could definitely have used more equipment in the kitchen (pans to cook pizza on, measuring spoons, and some other basic things like kitchen hand towels or wash rags to wipe down counters. I was not provided a code to get into the pool that is located right behind the condo. I emailed the management company and got no response the entire stay. Another family gave me their code to use. We used the big waterpark/pool area on the first day. They just had us sign in and checked our bags. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that you cannot bring in outside food or drinks. The second day we went to use this facility again and we were turned away. We were told that our address was on a "no access" list and with our expensive reusable cups in hand that we purchased the day before (because you can't bring things in) we were told we couldn't come in. Kids were all sunscreened, ready to go, and now crying. They gave me a phone number to have the property manager call and then email whatever needed handled. So I called the management company because there is no way to contact the owner, they were confused why we could not get in but said they would speak to management. I waited and waited and nothing. I called again and they had no update. Never got a call back and no update the rest of the stay. This is why we booked this place for the amenities!!!! Very upset and did not get our money's worth!!

Not so great
This property did not have extra blankets or basic kitchen condiments. The main entrance of the community is right on a toll road, there’s pros and cons with that. The unit itself is right by the staircase, there was a lot of noise throughout the night from foot traffic, and residents above the unit. Not an ideal place to stay with little ones. The beds are not comfortable at all, and the media center looks like it might snap in half if you touch it. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than a night or two, especially if you have little ones. Things aren’t the best quality and location isn’t the best after experiencing it ourselves.

Great location and clean space
I traveled with 2 children and this place hit the mark for space, along with amenities in the community. We arrived a little earlier and fortunately room was available so we were able to settle in quickly. Location is close to groceries, restaurants and within 30 mins to most Disney parks. It was a great find!
