Our first night was not good, we flew in at 12am and arrived at around 230-3am. The room smelt of mildew and our kids asked why their socks were wet, It must have flooded, we called immediately and they said they would send housekeeping in the AM. My husband does floors and said they would need to remove the carpet as it has been wet for awhile. We went to the office early as they were using a very loud machine doing renovations in the auite across the hall and they changed our roo.. the new room waa AMAZING and totally made up for the first night. 10/10 would recommend.

I enjoyed everything about this property. Front desk ladies AMAZING! Wish I had their names but after a 7 hours ride with 4 kids they helped me and my family setttles right on in & the check in process was fast and simple

Very good value for your money. The one bedroom villa had a large living room, and a full kitchen. The bathroom was split in two: one part had a jacuzzi and sink, the other had the shower, toilet and another sink.

I did not like the fact i was on the 3rd floor with a non working elevator. I have heart issues and would i have known of this i would have booked someplace else. And one other note, upon checking in and it is pretty much pushed on you to do a time share tour. I forfeited my 40.00 because its not worth my time or energy.

The property was clean and very comfortable. Linens were very cleaned. The place was immaculate. Pillows could be a little more up to date but we're comfortable. Walmart was literally a 3 min drive which was a plus. There was a food shop by the pool that sold beer drinks and delicious pizza. Also Starbucks! The other pool played movies on the projector every night with kids movies. Would definitely stay here again. Plates and cups are limited so if your traveling big bring your own disposable items

DO NOT- I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS PROPERTY. The property is owned by Capital Vacations which is a time share management company who will take your information & hound you mercilessly to make a sale. I chose this property for a quick Disney stay for a group of 4 that included 2 adults & 2 children. The price was great & included a full kitchen & laundry in the condo. I also chose this property from a prior stay years before. I booked thru Expedia. Our unit was clean, but very dated & extremely worn. One of the beds were slanted, some of the electrical outlets did not work. Since February, I’ve received numerous calls from this property. One person offered a deal to try and make things right.But wanted to charge my credit card first, but ensured that a 90 minute presentation was not required & the $ refunded at check in. Today I was contacted again with an attempt to sell me another package. I had a death in the family 4 days ago, explained that and that I was not interested in purchasing ANY type of package. This gentleman never offered condolences, told me that whomever offered me the prior offer could not do so without a 90 minute presentation and continued to try and sell me a package. Capital Vacations is dishonest, the property is run down and their employees lack basic human decency. I initially booked my stay thru Expedia. I had no idea that I would be subjected to such sales calls and tactics and im mortified by the behavior of the sales group.

The resort property itself is nice with multiple pools and plenty for the kids to do. The condo was large, with large bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry facilities in the condo, and a kitchen. The condo was dated and not as clean as I expected and the dishwasher did not work properly. The pictures do not reflect the condition of the condos at all. Overall it was way too expensive for what I received. There are similar condos near by for about a third of the cost.

The unit we had was clean and lovely. I felt like we were home. However, the occupants above us had been making alot of noise, heavy footsteps that we could hardly het a good sleep. Overall, the stay would have been perfect had it not been those issues upstairs above our unit.

Two night family trip. We our local so we stay at several different resorts often. We have stayed at this resort a few times and every time it seems to to slowly decline. Unfortunately I believe most of problem is the guests that have no respect for the property or self respect. Perhaps a life guard or pool management controlling what happens from in supervised children to couples making out, plus cleaning up after themselves would make a big difference. Seems we don’t have these problems at the higher end resorts. So for us we’ll pay more from now on, I’m over the sub par resorts. What a shame it used and could be great. But if u like a two hour comedy show do the presentation and let them pay for your tab at a nice restaurant lol

Pools were nice. Lots of crying kids, however. Clientele were a bit rougher then we are used to. A two minute bit of pressure to attend a timeshare presentation, which I never saw mentioned before booking, never felt great when arriving. Front desk wouldn’t answer the telephone one night at 6pm looking for toilet paper. The room was dated, but was clean and roomy. The pillows were terrible, but the beds were ok. Water pressure was similar to a campground. A lot of walking and must cross a road to get to main pool, so be weary with small children. Parking was good. We felt safe on the property. Elevator took two minutes to go two floors, so we never used again, which was fine for us. Would come back again for the type of vacation we were on, where it wasn’t planned, and were gone most days. We had just asked friends for a motel, they recently stayed at, and this was available. We were looking to save a bit of money where we could, which ended up being the motel. The budget was $1000 a day by the time we paid for flight, motel, food, car rental, and Disney, etc. We would come back. I gave a list of exactly what we had experienced while there, but we enjoyed our stay, and you would also, if you can handle the things I mentioned.

Property was nice. Amenities are good for the little we used. The room was not up to par. The master bed was broken underneath and sagged. The dishwasher wasn’t stable under counter. Rocked bad when run.
