This beautifully furnished and spacious home is located in a peaceful area in the Regal Palms Resort. This home affords you and your loved ones the opportunity of enjoying the facilities in the home as well as those in the entire resort to enhance your relaxation, fun and amusement. You are sure to have a wonderful stay!

Our lovely Disney area Town Home located on Regal Palms Resort. This great Florida villa offers easy access to the Disney parks which are a quick, traffic free and straight forward drive away in around 15 minutes to the nearest Disney Park.

This home offers the living area with comfortable seating, Smart Flat Screen TV (to stream all your favorites); dining area, (with table and chairs seating 6); fully fitted kitchen (with kitchen stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, toaster and cookware); breakfast nook; washroom (with washer & dryer on the main ground level floor.

On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. The Master Bedroom (with en-suite facilities with Roman tub) has a King Bed and Flat Screen TV. Bedrooms 2 & 3 each have a set of twin beds respectively. Each room is beautifully decorated and equipped with Smart Flat screen TV.

FREE Hi-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home for guests to use.

Regal Palms offers excellent facilities for the 'down time' between all your 'park hopping' boasting a 2 acre Waterpark (opening times 8am-11pm) consisting of two large tropical pools, lazy river & waterslide surrounded by sunbeds to relax and top up your tan whilst enjoying a drink from the poolside Tiki bar. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and those in between snacks! Alternatively, you can take a dip in the bubbly hot tub. Dive in Movie nights are held once a week. There is also a children's play area, Gym, gift shop & volleyball court. Within a 5-minute walk from the Complex you will find the Highland Reserve Golf Club. When you register on arrival at Regal Palms, guests will be issued a band for entrance into the Pool area.
A Publix supermarket, bank and pharmacy are within walking distance from the resort. A Wal-Mart Superstore is located less than 5 miles away from the resort.
Additionally, a multitude of restaurants including, Applebee's, I-Hop, Burger King, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Denny's, Cracker Barrel, Italian and Japanese restaurants are all a very short drive away.

All this on your doorstep - yet just an hour's drive away to visit the beautiful Florida Coast.

Resort Fees are commonplace throughout the lodging and vacation rental industry. At Regal Palms the Daily Resort Amenity Fee of $20.00 per day plus tax applies to all bookings, excluded from Rental Rates & payable at registration on arrival. Great family getaway!

The property was exactly what we needed! An easy distance from Disney without staying in Disney. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The available amenities were a big hit for the kids! They loved the water slide and arcade!

Our family had a wonderful stay. Spacious and clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Towels and bedding were provided. Bonus find that there was a washer and a dryer in the house. So we didn't have to pay to do laundry!

Beautiful, clean, spacious property. Perfect for our family trip to Disney & Universal. So much nicer than a cramped hotel or resort room, plus being able to make some meals is such a bonus. Unfortunately, we were there when Hurricane Milton came in, but Daniel was fantastic about adjusting our dates and extending our stay a couple days. Excellent communication and we can’t recommend this property enough!!!

Nice house for a vacation around Orlando

Nice house within Regal Palms with a very quite neighbour hood and great pool area. The house was clean and we enjoyed our stay for a week a lot. One thing to be aware of is that you will need to bring all things for your daily usage with you (soap etc). Communication was awesome right away from the start and the check in process easy and straight forward.. Travelling to Magic / Animal Kingdom took us around 20 - 25 minutes due to the traffic. Getting to KSC is around 75 minutes. Overall a great place to stay if you spend some time around Disney.

Beautiful resort, but No Washcloths or Fans

We loved the pool, the restaurant and bar. The Mickey Mouse Room was perfect for our kids. While the unit was clean and beautifully decorated, the lowest temp permitted in the AC was 72 and there were NO fans in two of the bedrooms making it less than ideal for sleeping. Also, we had to go out and buy washcloths. There were NONE on site which was very odd to us. Overall, we would absolutely come back!

Overall pretty good. No streaming on down stairs tv . Cable box had to be reset every time you turn it on. Pool was nice. Other amenities were not there or I couldn’t find them. Overall 3.75 out of 5 thanks.

Disney vacation

My family loved this nice townhome, it was the perfect size for our family. W e did have to drive to the pool, but that was no problem. We enjoyed have the pool, slide, and other activities available for our “rest days” in between park visits. My kids 5 -12 loved the slide and the lazy river. The bar tenders were so nice! It did get a bit crowded at times. But all in all it was fantastic. There is a Publix right next door and several ratting options with in minutes. I would recommend some grilling tools if you want to grill.

Excellent place to get away from it all. Very safe and fun for the kids and adults. Affordable. The owner's description of the property was very detailed. Everything offered was what we received. We definitely recommend this place and would definitely come back.

Perfect family home for Disney base

Communication was great from the start which made checkin easy. We were allowed early checkin which made the 4 hour drive to the property more relaxing and stress free knowing we could enjoy more of the travel day. House was fully kitted out and very tidy and it felt immediately like home once unpacked. The showers were very good and the beds were so comfortable and soft. This was the perfect location with restaurants, massive supermarket and shops a few minutes away. The pool on site was heated and the kids loved the lazy river. We traveled to Disney and universal from here almost daily, traffic was heavy a lot of the days but it was Easter holiday and the drive was very easy and straightforward to find the parks. A perfect family feel house to spend a magical 2 weeks, would highly recommend

Want to stay again!

We planned a family vacation to take our daughter to Disneyworld and Universal Studios. I wanted to stay somewhere safe, with a pool, that was clean and we could cook our own food and do our own laundry. It was just as nice as the pictures and I only wish we'd had more down time to enjoy the property and the amenities. We will definitely go back! The home was clean and had everything we needed. The beds and couches were comfortable and there's a TV in every room. The resort has wonderful, friendly staff as well, and you can purchase park tickets at the front counter.

Graduation getaway for daughter

The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. Short ride or walk over to pool. Would def rent this unit again
