they have a full kitchen in the back (which can be seen) — they have breakfast that ends at 900. But 30 mins before closing… no eggs refilled (with a full kitchen you would think they woulda made some more?).. just some sausage .. no juice refilled.. the waffle machine was available .. no was syrup left.. just all bread.. muffins, bread and waffle.. I guess better than nothing.

This was an extremely inexpensive hotel. I admit I was concerned with cleanliness for the price, but was very impressed. The bed was clean and comfortable, hot and cold breakfast items, coffee! Modern amenity touch's update the rooms, cold pool and warm hot tub. Very good overall for the price. Amazing staff!!!

Positive: - Tranquility - Quiet Negatives: - No laundry service - No transportation to Disney parks - Unfriendly staff - Never did the cleaning - Never changed towels or toilet paper. Overall: While it is one of the cheapest hotels we found, the experience was not good. I do not recommend it. Moldy rooms, unfriendly staff, lack of hygiene.

You Get What You Pay For
The exterior needed some help, but the room was nice. The beds were also comfortable. The free breakfast was the best part! I got a big discount for this stay. You get what you pay for. & I would say that for an overnight stay: just to sleep & breakfast in the morning/ it's an alright hotel. The travelers staying there were also very decent--lots of nice families.

If wasn’t what I had expected. The tub was dirty. The room ac probably needed freon. To get towels you must take the front desk your dirty towels first. I wouldn’t recommend to nobody

Room was absolutely filthy. Carpets were black and sticky from gunk. You could tell it hadn’t been truly cleaned in a long time. Dirt and grime smudges all over the walls. Room smelled like pee. Chairs in the room were covered in dirt and mud. Breakfast area was just as gross.

The lady was taking 30 minutes to check in each guest. Half the line left. I booked 2 rooms and they would not let me use my credit card for the deposit for the other room and said the guest staying there had to leave the deposit. What a rediculous policy.

Check in was ok I thought it was nice the gentleman asked if I wanted a 1st or 2nd floor room. Based on the condition and lack of cleanliness I would not stay again. It was barely ok to just sleep in. The condition of the room is very run down and not clean. The walls and ceiling were damaged, and the room did not smell clean. Both beds were broken and squeaked every time you move. The breakfast was ok. You get what you pay for and I will pick somewhere else next time.

About two week ago I stay in Value Inn Orando and was awful...I moved to Clarion Inn and was a big different my for my next trip be sure is going to be in Clarion Inn...Really Nice place and Staff...Good breakfast and coffe 24 hours.....
