We arrived much earlier than check-in time. Deanna told us no rooms were available at that time, which we knew. We got there early so we could go to Florida Mall and shop before check-in. Deanna was more than happy to show us to a secure place where we could store our luggage until we got back. Deanna finished her shift and we were now dealing with Gabriella. She was just as helpful and just as friendly as Deanna. Great staff and great location

This property was conveniently located next to the airport, shopping area, and many restaurants. They offered free shuttle pickup and breakfast. The staff was nice and we had an easy check in and check out.

We booked for a 2 bed room, but only got a king bed with a pull out sofa which was dirty. The bed linen was just handed to us at check-in to change on our own. When we asked for a light blanket, we were told there were none available. Not a good experience.

My experience at this hotel was not the best , 48 hours before checking in I called to reserve an early check-in I explained that I’m traveling with an infant and was not notified that it would be a charge. I called the day of arrivals. They told me that the room is available when I got to the hotel to check in. They charge me a $30 fee for 3 1/2 hour early check in. upon checking into the room, there were stains on the carpet. The bathroom was not clean properly. The AC unit was dusty. The rooms are not maintained to their best condition. There was hair on the bathroom floor In the shower was not properly wiped down . The next morning, I asked the front decks for a full service clean. They left our dirty sheets on the bed next to the clean sheets that they had brought the bed was not made. The trash was taken out, but the bag wasn’t put back into the trash room, not vacuumed, dirty towels on the floor . There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Honestly, this was a halfway job for the price that they’re asking for. Ask to speak to the general manager several times also a supervisor but unfortunately they were not on property, but I email was sent to them by the front desk and I have not received a phone call nor an email from this hotel. That just goes to show you they do a halfway job.
