Well to start everything was wet the whole carpet was soaked and even the bed and pillows were wet. Water was squishing out the carpet. Very uncomfortable bed. Not recommended at all

This is a dog friendly property. The first night we heard a dog bark all night. We switched rooms the next day. I like that the staff texts you to check on your stay. Breakfast was an upcharge and well worth it. Freshly made eggs, yogurt, potatoes, biscuits, toast, pineapple, melon,, bacon. I wish they had a hot water machine to make your own tea. We had to ask for hot water and it wasn’t very hot. Parking is $10 a day. Plenty of spots available. Pool is nothing exciting.

Never experienced anything like this..
It was a great check in experience. The front desk lady was nice. The room was presentable. From that Saturday afternoon to Monday morning, the people next door had a dog they left in the room and it barked and howled all day and night long.. I could barely sleep.. I have videos of it as well.. on Sunday afternoon, I was in the bathroom when I seen a roach crawl from the room next door. I immediately shook my luggage out because it was beside that door.. I have never experienced anything like that.. even tho the hotel was somewhat clean and all, I didn’t travel many miles to hear a dog bark all day and night and to have roaches in my room. Very disappointed.. hope they fix things because I didn’t sleep comfortably after seeing the roach..

This place is horrible !!!
They consider this place a resort ....ITS NOT !!! The pool area was nothing like the picture and we did not use it at all . The whole area around it was dirty and desperately needed painting. When we asked 1 certain front desk lady a question about a location and how far it was she replied "I dont know but theres some brochures over there" THAT WAS A MISTAKE because the timeshare man jumped right in trying to sell a timeshare after we already said no several times. The fridge did not get cold and we reported it and nothing was done during our stay. We NEVER HAD OUR ROOM CLEANED OR MADE DURING OUR 5 DAYS we had to ask for towels and they set them outside our door in a clear trash bag tied up. The resort fee is ridiculous, the service needed much improvement and the people.smoking outside the front door was unacceptable. You pay $10 a day for parking in a dark parking spot praying your car is not broken into during the night. We left nothing in our vehicles and this is no exaggeration...one night we couldnt even get a parking spot so we parked in front of building and told front desk there is no parking, she had no reply !!! Later we moved it when we saw open spots because we could partially see from our room. Last stay for me for sure !!! GOOD LUCK

We had Booked a room at this hotel during hurricane Milton, and even though they were short staffed, they were running each part of the hotel. They did an excellent job. The hotel was packed to capacity.

A big no for me...
Breakfast is horrible. Do not waste your money. I Had to buy my own milk. Debit card was taken along with other things after it was stated in Spanish to not touch the bed. I will not be returning....

The hotel is actually very nice but they have a steep and unexpected $75 resort and 'incidental' fee. Also rooms are connecting with paper thin doors and you can hear everything in the other room. Could not sleep past 6am because the room next door was up and about. Not staying here again.

Not up to usual Crowne Plaza standards. Pool is nice and kids loved the waterslides. Aircon is very noisy. Close to Disney parks and plenty of food options nearby.

It’s 14 mins away from Disney Land and other incredible attractions. Very clean and staff are helpful. They have daily transportation for famous attractions. The swimming pool is awesome with a cavelike slide and a waterfall. The kids had a blast.
