I worked in hospitality for 20 years and by far this is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at. It was extremely dirty, lots of bugs, very outdated, and falling apart. We had to exchange our towels at front desk to get new ones, which we could only do threw a window. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If it weren't for Daytona 500 I would have just left and paid for a different room. I am not even sure how this hotel passes Wyndham's standards.

Over promised and under delivered
There were so many things wrong with our stay. I booked this hotel for three reasons. One was it said it offered cribs. I was told the day of arrival that wasn’t an option and I couldn’t have one. The second reason I booked was somewhere it said they had free breakfast. Never was I directed to or saw any indication of breakfast. Honestly I wouldn’t have eaten it though since as soon as we walked into our room there was a roach in the bathroom that I killed. And my sister killed another the day we were checking out. The third reason I booked was because it said they were queen size beds. Since I had two small children I knew would sleep with me (since the cribs weren’t available) it was important I got a queen size bed. Yeah these were definitely full beds which forced me to argue with one of my kiddos that they needed to sleep with their aunt and not me. Overall I do not recommend this hotel. I don’t usually leave reviews but this stay was so bad and we were victims of over promised and under delivered. This stay has turned me off to the days inn name entirely.

Check in was a NIGHTMARE I did my pre check in at 10 AM and I still had to wait in line at 4 pm for our keys. I was not expecting to have to wait in such a long line out the doors of the lobby. Very disappointed in that. But the manager started a new line for all of the people that had already pre checked in. Imo checking in needs to be better organized.

We ran out of Toilet paper the first night. The role that was in there was nearly finish and when requesting it from the front desk, we were told there was no one available to bring it up.

They advertise there's a laundry mat but can't use it. Pool looks beautiful but the whole time the gate was locked and the house keeping the 3 days never came in and picked up the towels and change sheets even after i wrote a message. I'm not satisfied at all. Very disappointed and will probably not come back, especially more than 1 night.

Good in a pinch.
The floor was dirty when we checked in and the bathroom smelt of urine. I notified stay in the morning as we didn’t use the room til really late after traveling. They cleaned the room but after cleaning the tub was very slick and I proceeded to fall in the tub while showering. They really need antislip mats or stickers in the tubs. But would stay again in a pinch.

Lipstick on a Pig
Room was not clean. There was grime over the entire bathroom - like someone used a sponge and water...no soap or scouring pad which it DESPERATELY needs. The floor was covered with crumbs in the corner. The one chair had pieces of potato chips. There was a 1/2" gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. Spotty wi-fi. Old run down = lipstick on a pig.
