Its a good hotel , not a Ritz Carton,, with luxury, etc , but is confortable, the attn.in the front dsk very profesional and ready to help you on any issue/ the contineltal brdfst. Is ok to keep you ready during the day,, can be improved with boiled eggs that its a esencial on any brdfast.

Bad experience, no rest.
The hotel was dirty. Floors uneven. Its condition was bad. The 3 nights around 1 or 2 a.m. you could hear motorcicles racing in the avenue. It was so loud you would think is was in the hotel parking lot.

Loved the front desk manager. She was amazing during our stay. We had to evacuate for hurricane Milton and she was completely understandable and friendly.

I stayed one night due to hurricane, got my room around 4:30pm lack of staff, was told two girls cleaning g rooms. The worst is the lady that checked in so rude with people, I called from my car to check if my room was finally ready she answered and told me she was working alone didn’t have time to check if it was. The room was clean but outside nasty garbage all around the hotel.

It was ok for a one night sleep for a quick trip .the bathrooms where not the best condition but it sort of what you get for your buck . There was a small cockroach in my bathroom . I get it happens but not sure if it’s something worth looking into. All and all a decent stay .

Seems like a lot of drug dealers live there. When the front desk tells you to let us know if electricity isn't working when you get to the room, then you really know it's not going to be good.

The room was smelled like cigarettes smoke, the wall were dirty floor was dirty the bathroom was dirty I will never stay at this location again they didn’t have new shampoos they just had the ones with the last customers leftover shampoo and conditioner not worth the 80 dollars a paid for 1 night

Do not stay at the Quality Inn in Orlando! The rooms are entered from the outside. We had a large gathering of questionable people holding a party complete with loud rap music right outside our door. We were afraid to open our door or to call attention to ourselves by calling the front desk. While the room was visually clean, if you looked closer you saw brown calking around the tub, no plug in the bathtub, and a popcorn ceiling. While checking out, we told the front staff about the noise and the man just shrugged his shoulders and said they have no control over who stays at the hotel.
