I stayed for a week due to no power from hurricane and to de stress. The hotel clerk was very kind and thoughtful to my circumstances . They noticed my Do not disturb sign on door 2 days in a row. I got a call from front desk to check if I was ok and if I needed anything just call. Top notch customer service. There are lots of mature trees in parking lot, felt like I was in the country side, very relaxing walks. I enjoyed my stay very much. I would recommend this hotel to my friends,family and others. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful and relaxing stay 👍

Great overnight stay, had a problem with the AC in the room but they moved us as soon as we spoke to the hotel about the issue. Very good service, very clean & good location for the Additions Arena. Also parking was free- a great perk, not one you get normally at hotels!!

Staff was courteous and helpful the property is clean and well priced but most of the electrical outlets located on the lamps (which are dearly outdated) did not work I had to move furniture to reach a wall outlet for our chargers. everything else was fine. very close to UCF to visit my daughter
