Staff was courteous and helpful the property is clean and well priced but most of the electrical outlets located on the lamps (which are dearly outdated) did not work I had to move furniture to reach a wall outlet for our chargers. everything else was fine. very close to UCF to visit my daughter

It was decent stay for 2 nights near UCF. I just wish for a mini fridge in the room and complimentary breakfast. Would I stay here again? Probably not... Hotel authorized my credit card over $300 in the morning of check in day even though the room was fully paid at the time of booking. I've asked front office staff about this charge when I was checking in but staff could not explain and was no help!

The bar staff was amazing….. the places to dine in the area are close to the hotel. I was not impressed with the lighting in the room, too dark. The ice machine on 1st floor never worked. Had to go to the 3rd or 4th floor to get ice. The A/C was really good. Would probably not go back because of the lighting.
