really had an EXCELLENT stay during my recent trip from Nov 8-11. The front desk/receptionists were wonderful and very helpful, the smell of the lobby was magnificent and as we came late at night during our EDC/Disney trip, they would be cleaning the floors making sure the floors were very clean. Suites were very spacious, beds were very comfy, and the room was extremely clean! Even with the issue of the pipe bursting and no hot water at night on Friday, they resolved it extremely quickly and had hot water the next day early. I will be staying here again and recommend for all families staying for disney as the rooms are spacious and comfortable (their shuttle system also seemed spectacular)!

A Disappointing Stay While the location of the Doubletree by Hilton was convenient, our recent stay was unfortunately a nightmare. Despite the hotel's initial appearance of cleanliness, we were shocked to discover a significant bug problem. The couch bed, which we needed to use, was infested with bugs. Each night, we rotated sleeping on it, only to wake up with painful, swollen bites. My elbow and hand are now oozing and extremely painful. The hotel's maintenance issues were also a major concern. The fridge leaked continuously, requiring us to use a towel to catch the water. Additionally, the fridge was not cold enough, and the shower knob kept falling off. On our first night, we were unable to access hot water at all. The positive aspects of the hotel, such as the location and friendly breakfast staff, were completely overshadowed by these negative experiences. The photos online do not reflect the reality of the hotel's condition. We will definitely not be staying here again and would not recommend it to others.
