There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel but it did not cause any noise problems. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Restaurant food was very good. Check in was very quick and everyone was so nice!

Drury inn was on a busy corner with construction around, but the hotel was clean and very comfortable. Its my new go to when staying in the area. We loved the breakfast and the pool area was nice with a hot tub.

We’ve stayed here twice. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is great with kids for the options (plus it’s included) and it’s about 20 min from the parks. Overall it’s a great value.

Great value for the price! And clean rooms. Didn’t love the free hors d’oeuvres offered at night that got super crowded, but it is still convenient to have free anything. The free breakfast was better.

Everyone was wonderful and always greeted us. Mike the manager came around and checked in ... rooms were clean and overall juat a great stay and free perks was nice.

We stayed for a week, the hotel was fine. The room interior was super clean but kind of dated in decor. The pull out bed was in a separate room and near the door so neither of my kids wanted to sleep there, which negated the whole plan of having an extra bed. I’ve never met a more friendly and happy staff. Literally everyone I encountered was just SO happy-all the time. Which really speaks to how this company treats their employees. A couple big things-Universal’s bus service is WAY oversold. There are 3 morning times for pickup and you need to reserve a time (which is fine). However coming back there are also 3 times and the 1 shuttle is shared by guests at 5 hotels. You need to arrive at the line an hour prior to pick up to guarantee a spot on the bus. Otherwise you’re left waiting for the next one (same problem) or finding your own ride back. One day we sat on a bus for 45 min without a/c with 78 people. I can’t even imagine that’s legal for transport. To go to Volcano Bay, you take the same bus but need to switch and wait for a 2nd bus both there and back. By day 3 we opted to pay the $30 for parking and drive ourselves. This one, while not the fault of the property, makes the stay challenging. There is currently major road construction happening next to the hotel that makes getting to any restaurants a 10-15 min drive to go less than 1 mile and not walkable because of construction. Fine-but wouldn’t do it again.

Drury near Universal
This hotel was close to Universal and Discovery Cove and about 10-15 minutes away from Disney. Loved the free breakfast and evening kickback. Customer service was on point and the hotel was very clean! Would definitely stay here again.
