The parking / entry situation is pretty bad if you arrive later in the day like people with families often do. During check-in, we had no other other option than behind the hotel, across from the loading dock and had to walk around in darkness. Upon entry, the lobby was very nice and well maintained, but I really couldn't tell you more about this property because I was denied entry to a room I paid for at 9:30pm with three children waiting in a car because I failed to notify them that I didn't show (but paid for) the night before. But here I was this night...and the room was not so, in addition to scrambling around trying to find lodging for my family days after a hurricane, I'm currently trying to get refunded for a room I wasn't allowed to have. You've been warned.

This property offers all amenities on the property, including a bar and restaurant, and small marketplace. Also offers a kice pool and arcade for kids. Everything was great, however there was an event in the convention center and when we arrived it was bedlam. The number of cars pulling in and being directed made getting to the front desk awful. Once we were able to get to the front desk, I signed my approval to pay $18 for parking. That is understandable except there was nowhere to park remotely convenient to bringing luggage into the building. We couldn’t unload at the front of the building because there were literally 100s of cars trying to maneuver around that area and we didn’t feel it would be appreciated to stay there even 1 minute longer than absolutely necessary. Maybe communicate that there would be traffic congestion if arriving between 6:30 and 7:30 pm so we would have expected the pandemonium.

The staff is helpful and friendly but not too fluent in English so at times it was not easy communicating. Bedding especially pillows had human sweat smells. Please change or wash pillows periodically. The hotel is in an amazing location close to stores i wanted to visit and also they sell park tickets. However the park shuttle is not free as it was made out to seem on expedia.

As parents of a 10-month-old baby, cleanliness is extremely important to us. We were pleased to find that the room was impeccably clean, with no dust in sight. It was evident that the cleaning staff had gone the extra mile, even moving the furniture to ensure thorough cleanliness, which we have not always experienced at other places. Our room was equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator, including a freezer. This was crucial for me as I needed to store my breast milk for my baby. The facilities were excellent, the breakfast was included and good, the hotel shop and pool were in great condition, and the location was central to the places we were visiting. The hotel is in excellent condition and is very nice, perfect for getting away and creating memories with the family. We felt very safe at check-in and check-out. We will stay here on our next trip.
