Great pool, options on the resort, fresh/free coffee and cleaning crew. Terrible elevator, broken most of our five night stay. Unsafe lamps and plugs, no working clock or tv and no water from 12-6pm for routune pipe cleaning. We were not affected but the place needs better wiring and updates. Breakfast was delicious and included. For the cost, I can't complain but for safety reasons I should have.

It took 25-30 minutes to check in and get my key. The machine to program keys wouldn’t work. Checked into my room and found out it had no hot water. Called front desk and after 30 minutes had to change rooms into another building. Went to take a shower in the new room and had no cold water, only hot. Needs better maintenance

Overall our stay was good. Staff was nice and the grounds were awesome. The breakfast was decent. The elevator however was a little sketchy. It took forever and each time we rode it it made this clunky noise and felt like it was going to drop when we arrived at the top floor. The shower also never got hot so we had to take a really cold shower which was not great. The cleanliness of the room was also lacking a bit. There was stuff on the carpet and the sheets had some stains. I also saw some hair in the shower before any of us had even showered. With a little extra attention to the cleaning it would be 5 stars.

Staff was very nice. Loved the shuttle service and there was plenty of parking. Breakfast was average, nothing to yay about. Hotel needs updating from the inside, looks a bit outdated (elevator, hallway carpeting, room flooring, especially bathroom). The bathroom smelled musty and like urine. Housekeeping was very loud in the morning, slamming doors. I honestly would stay here again because of the staff.

The ice machine wasn’t working on third floor . Housekeeping didn’t have washcloths for face. The breakfast ends at 9:30 and was good but they didn’t offer soy or almond milk ONLY HAD COWS MILK. Staff should explain info about the shuttle better as well. Other than that I enjoyed myself. Don’t eat from CHINA PEARL across the street I had a bug in my food

It was the worst Holiday Inn I have ever been in. I usually book Holiday Inn because its usually consistent but in this case it completely missed. The rooms were disgusting. I had to move since the room we were in appeared to be under construction. There was mold in the shower and the cold water was not working. It was the worst experience ive had in a hotel. I am reconsidering going to Holiday Inn after this. There was mucus on the wall left by someone and was never cleaned. The housekeepers refilled our shampoos one time. Im very disappointed in Holiday Inn, you guys have been the best hotel for me and I never go anywhere but Holiday Inn, but now I'm planning on going elsewhere since this happened.

Budget stay I would say
After reading the other reviews I felt it is a new construction. But it is not, just renovation but not done well. Some of the old stuff is still left like tub and the panels and vanity are very old. Replacing them would have made them look new. Overall good for budget stay. In overall experience Breakfast is great.
