First of all There was no Wifi. When you called The Manager Ryan to voice concerns, He was very dismissive and no concerning. The Ice machines on the 2nd & 3rd floor were broken and not working. In the past this was a great spot for my family due to price, facilities and location. Never again will I stay at this Location. Fairfield Inn Sea World was the worst.

We throughly enjoyed our stay, from the free included breakfast, to the nice pool area. We only wish the bartenders would have been out earlier in the day. Sunday they did not have a bartender until 4:30 pm . wouldve liked to see someone there for lunchtime.

The only thing is that the sofa bed was really uncomfortable. You could feel the coils in the mattress. I had to extra comforter to add come kind of cushion. Hopefully they can change the mattresses.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well kept. The food from the poolside bar was terrible. It was not as described. The nachos with lettuce were watery with dry chicken and very little cheese.
