The hotel was very nice and the people working there were always friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, and amenities were good. Good location for our Disney trip. Would definitely stay again.

Overall great place. There was some dusty furniture in the room. Room also felt a bit humid through out our whole stay and never went away. I also wish I could’ve paid everything that needed to be paid when booked instead of extra surprise fees at check in.

Unfortunately I had the worst experience I’ve ever had there and I have stayed here multiple times. Was able to check in early which was great so I unloaded my stuff in my room and left for the parks. Got back to my room at 2:00am and my room was dripping wet and the ac wasn’t working. There were no comparable rooms so I was sent across the street to the SpringHill suites. So I had to pack up again and walk across the way, unload again which made me late for my park day. Will think twice before staying here again, upgrades needed!!!!

The on-site restaurant that was supposed to be open until 11pm, was closed early every single night of our 6-night stay. The Starbucks window was never open before 9:30am for business(not sure if it is actually operational as we never saw it open). Please advertise accordingly. The bathroom in the room needs to be renovated. The theme park shuttle is a bit of a hassle, no reservation- not getting on the bus. And lastly, no in-room safe.

Breakfast was fine, rooms had weird smells. Transportation was poor we were reserved to be picked up at Epcot at 11pm and were there for 11pm and were told the bus was already gone. Had been charged for parking fee even though we didn’t park and found the resort outdated.

Very disappointed with the breakfast buffet. It could definitely be better. The courtyard which it was across from us had better options. The A/C fan in the room could not be adjusted alway in high speed which it was extremely uncomfortable, the rugs could use a steam cleaning through out then property. By the way, your website is very deceiving because all 3 are different but it shows that all have same amenities and service…..which they are not!

Charming and Comfortable Stay with Exceptional Service I recently stayed at here and while it’s clear that this is an older property, it has a certain charm that more modern hotels often lack. The building may show some signs of age, but it is well-maintained and clean, making for a comfortable and cozy stay. The rooms are spacious, with all the basic amenities you might need. What really made the stay stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping team was friendly, attentive, and eager to make sure I had everything I needed. They went out of their way to provide excellent service, offering helpful local tips and quick responses to any requests. If you’re looking for a high-end luxury experience, this may not be the place for you, but if you appreciate character, comfort, and fantastic service, I’d highly recommend it. It’s a great value for the experience, and I would happily stay here again.

My family stayed here for our Disney Trip. Highly recommended. The location was perfect, nearby restaurants we did the Landry's Seafood Restaurant one night. Close proximity to Walmart , Dollar Store for quick needs, and nearby gas station. Shuttle service to Disney right in the front of the village. Accra to three pools on the resort. 10/10

This hotel is in a good area near theme parks and restaurants. They offer a complimentary shuttle bus to the theme parks where you register 24 hours in advance. The driver was really nice, so be sure to carry cash if you'd like to tip them. There are 4 or 5 restaurants within walking distance of the hotel plus the Bistro on the property. Food prices are around the same for food inside the hotel restaurant as the outside businesses. Cocktails at the Bistro bar are from $12 - 16. Our room was clean and had nice decor. The beds were small for queen size. We had a connecting room with guests next door, which I did not like. At night, you could hear people in the hallway and next door. The air conditioner and all appliances worked well. The free breakfast was good with a lot of options like eggs. Waffles. Bagels, cold cereal, and yogurt. The waffle maker is Mickey Mouse themed. We did not like the temperature around the hotel. Our room was great, but the hallway outside the room and the dining hall for breakfast were warm. There was AC on but probably the lowest setting, and then they had fans blowing. We were sweating and decided to eat in our room every day after that. There is a pool at each hotel and you can visit all of them. We liked the Refresh pool in the Courtyard hotel because it was close to the Bistro bar. You can have cocktails next to the pool in plastic cups. There is a gift store on the property that sold Disney merchandise at cheaper prices than the park
