Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. We will provide information where a gas grill can be rented and delivered to the house. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.

Enjoyable home with plenty to do
We stayed with a large group that included younger kids through teenagers. Everyone had an enjoyable time and always had something to with all the amenities in the home. The pool was smaller than the pictures implied, but several kids still had enough room to play. The neighborhood club house with pool was very nice, as there were not many people there when we went. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

GOAT house stay
It was an amazing house, it exceeded all of our expectations. We had an amazing time staying there. The manager always got back to us within a hour which was much appreciated he answered any and all questions that we had. I would definitely book again next vacation and recommend to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time.

Great stay at GOAT House
My family and I recently stayed, May 7th to 18th, at the GOAT house. • The check-in process was incredibly easy. • We were very happy with the cleanliness of the house. • Owners and property managers were very responsive leading up to the trip and when we arrived earlier than expected and asked to get in at 3pm instead of 4pm. • Amenities at the house and resorts were good. But be prepared for a couple of things: • the house is stocked with ONLY the bare minimum of paper products and cleaning supplies. We even had to purchase Kleenex because there wasn't any. • there are absolutely no cooking supplies outside of pots/pans and utensils. No cooking spray, no spices (not even salt and pepper). So if you're planning to cook, all of those items will need to be purchased. • the food and drinks served at the resort clubhouses are VERY expensive. So if you're planning to spend the day, be sure to factor that in. Overall, we had a great stay and were very happy with the house. Just a few minor things that caught us off guard but nothing that prevented us from having a wonderful time.

Awesome Home
We loved our stay here! It was very clean and well-kept and was just as described online. Property management was communicative and helpful. Our family had a blast! Traffic in central Florida is for the birds, but the home and neighborhood are a beautiful oasis. We recommend getting a cabana at the Oasis Club for a day, and kayaking the Emerald Cut.

Absolutely loved this property! Went with 5 adult couples and it was perfect. Great pool and the highlight was all the competitions we had going on with the arcade games. Can’t advise on things to do in the area as the house was so much fun, we only left for groceries and dinners. The place was spotless and beds were super comfy. I’m definitely booking again for a girls week. 6/5

What an amazing property. It was even better than shown on the property information details. The GOAT house is extremely well equipped and it seemed that no expense was spared in kitting it out with games, entertainment features and decor. there certainly was no complaints from the children (or adults) when we had days off from the theme parks.

The communication was excellent, the house was just as pictured and any questions or info we needed was found in the book left with all kinds of information. Great house!
This house is exactly as described. Plenty to occupy the kids. The homeowners answered questions quickly and were very friendly. House was super clean. It is an easy walk to the main oasis clubhouse, and there is a free shuttle to get to the other pool, which has two more waterslides. The lanai has ample covered seating space, which was very convenient for watching football when it was raining. We would definitely stay at this house again. Thank you!

Amazing Stay
This house was absolutely amazing. It met all of our groups needs with the accommodations listed and not listed. The house was cleaned thoroughly, there was more than enough space downstairs so that we didn't feel overcrowded in the house and there was something for all age ranges to enjoy about the house. I highly recommend anyone to book. This is one of the few homes that had every kitchen appliance and dish needed to fully enjoy your stay. I would only suggest perhaps 1-2 more trash bags and laundry tabs.

The Perfect Family house
This was the ultimate family house, with something for everyone. The house is super clean and the perfect location. The shuffle board and pool table kept my grown kids occupied for hours. I would stay in this house again. Just a great experience.

Truly the GOAT!
We stayed here for my parents 50th anniversary. We selected it because of the ability to have my parents, my sister’s family, and mine all in one place with great communal area and plenty of activities for the entire family. This house didn’t disappoint! It lived up to its GOAT name and was the setting of lifelong memories!
