This property is a mess, from the management, staff to the property itself. This used to be an apartment complex not a hotel. Hilton put up a make shift banner as a sign. Pools are tiny. The lake and beach are dirty. The apartments are dirty and smell of mold. Our room had a shower with holes and painted tile, the paint is chipping. I asked to speak to a manager several times, i was ignored. Staff was rude, closed the pools down for inclement weather frequently.For orlando this place is a dump. Having the hilton name on this is a travesty. Avoid at all cost.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Easy check-in, parking, facilities and amenities were nice. Lots of grills, nice pools, beautiful lake views with lots of wildlife. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Second time to stay here. Good location, clean (could use some new carpet in the one I stayed in this time). Units come equipped with just about everything you need. Always friendly. Pools are clean and spacious. Grounds are well kept and beautiful.

Perfect location for our family of 4 DWorld trip. Pools were nice, lake was fun, and so was the putting golf greens. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

My overall stay was a 3 due to upon checking in. We got there around 9:30 am due to early flight. The room wasn't ready yet so we left and went to pick up things for room like grocery etc. When we arrived back to hotel around 11am, the room still wasn't ready due to it having to be inspected. We were finally allowed to check around 1:30pm, so you can imaginr how exhausted we all were. This was very inconvenient. I have never had this issue with other hotels in Orlando as far as early check-ins.
