Great Caribbean style condo near Disney

Sanitized and extreme cleaning practices in place - unit and community is now open and ready to accept guests in a safe, clean and well managed resort. Exceptionally decorated Caribbean beach style condo just listed on the rental market! New owners completed a total renovation on this 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit close to the main clubhouse, pool and restaurant. As soon as you make the turn in, you will feel transported to the Caribbean with the lush landscaping that encompasses you. Located on the second floor, the bedrooms are split, with the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms sharing a bathroom at the front of the condo, and the master king bed bedroom (all new mattresses) and bathroom at the back of the unit. The kitchen features stainless steel appliance and is fully equipped. Near the front bedrooms is a stack-able washer/ dryer combo and all linens are provided. The amenities the community offers are endless and include community pools, hot tubs, a sandy beach and fishing pier on Old Lake Davenport.
Also there are walking trails, an on-site restaurant, an on-site spa, tennis court, volleyball court, a playground and a splash pad for the younger children.

Disney is just 15 minutes away and near to all the new restaurants on route 192.

Wonderful getaway!
The condo was in a great area close to everything we needed. It was quiet, we had plenty of room, and everything in the kitchen we needed to prepare meals. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit as we did a lot of swimming and used a lot of towels. Thankful that Paul allowed us to check in early since I over estimated the travel time and would have had to find something to do to keep the kids entertained. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely book again next time we are in Florida.

This place was perfect for our needs. I traveled with my family and this location was great. It was still close enough to everything but far enough out that it wasn’t hectic. The house was clean and had everything we needed plus more. There are plenty of things to do within the community as well.

This is the exact property we needed for our stay. The unit was cleaned and had all the essentials needed. The check in process was easy. Communication with host was very effective. You have different establishments near, including easy and fast access to Orlando. Totally recommended.

Good location- not clean.
We visited this property in late May 2024 with our family of 5 for a vacation. We liked the location of this condo, but it was not very clean. The sinks, showers, floors, couch, baseboards and bedding were dirty. We had to wash the sheets before using because they were covered with hair and dirt. There was filth around the floor/baseboards and just a general dirty appearance. The couch had something smeared all over it & had obviously not been wiped down. I had to clean it before I could sit down. The chair cushions at the table were covered in spilled drink/food. A high chair had crumbs in the seat. I did not feel comfortable going without shoes while walking around the condo. The washer was also dirty inside and had to be wiped down in order to use. We had no washcloths- only towels. The shower curtain was dirty, as well. I will not return to this condo. It needs a deep clean!

Loved the location and the place but was very surprised with how little of the main necessities (toilet paper-one roll per bathroom/laundry soap-two pods/dish soap-empty bottle/hand soap-none/garbage bags-one). We have stayed at many places over years and this was the first; unexpected. Definitely need to ask about these things, especially when you fly.

We would definitely stay again. The staff was amazing at check in. The people around us that were staying there were very friendly. The only complaint we had was the cleaning crew didn’t do a very good job at cleaning after the last guest. Other than that we had a great stay and will definitely be back!
