The room, dining areas, and hallways were all clean. However, there needs to be more variety in the breakfast menu. We wished there was a microwave oven in the bedroom. The first time, I had to pay a daily parking lot fee for a hotel room. I guess this is a Florida thing.

From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff created a hostile and unpleasant atmosphere. There was no greeting or salutation as we entered to check in. Their lack of professionalism and basic hospitality skills was shocking. Simple requests were met with indifference, and inquiries were answered with curt and dismissive responses. It was clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority. The overall experience was marred by their unwelcoming demeanor and poor service.

Reserved 2 queen beds. Was assigned a room with 1 king. Took about 15 mins to get resolved. Then, due to that issue, our wifi wouldn’t work. Had to visit the front desk again and spent another 10 mins trying to resolve that issue. Meanwhile the front desk clerk typed away without giving any update or communication. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was nice. Bed felt like sleeping on a bench.

Great place, but...
Excellent (new?) hotel. Good service, average (but fine) free breakfast, very clean, comfortable room. Our only complaint was the need to pay $12.25 to self-park outside in a normal parking lot. I normally wouldn't complain (just spent $50 in Tampa the day before), but this is a hotel in wide open suburbia with loads of parking spaces. It felt like a money grab and we weren't very happy at this. Now that you've been informed, and if you're okay with the odd money grab, it's an excellent place to stay.
