Great hospitality! From the first encounter with the front desk staff, to the comfortable bed, to the clean room, and the hot breakfast with all of the extras. (Hot and cold cereal, fresh and dried fruit, yogurt, muffins, scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages, make your own pancakes and waffles, juice, coffee and hot tea. What more could you want? We will make reservations again. My one recommendation is to clean or replace carpet throughout.

There was a family of cockroaches in one of our rooms. When we told the front desk they said that had never happened before. And I asked to speak to the hotel manager. They said there is no manager on Sundays, which is horrible for any customer service. So we had to check out and the front desk said they would call me on Monday

I love my room. However, the booking experience on Expedia was bad. Expedia only booked me for 1 night when I requested 2. Couldn’t find a way to change it on app once I arrived and couldn’t find a phone # to talk to someone. Had to book another night with front desk and thankfully one was available.
